： 当直接引语里面的引语属于一般疑问句时,变换成间接引语时就要用if或是whether来引导但是有3种情况只能用whether,不能用if 1 在介词后面不能用if 2 若是间接引语后面出现了or not,那么也不能用if 3 这条几乎没什么人知道,在大学英语言学习里面才会碰到.就是当直接引语里面的动词是discuss时,那么从句的引导词也只能是whether eg we are dicussing whether tom will be punished.
