关于On learning English的英语作文

A seven day long holiday has flown away. Mourning my happy hours during the vacation, I've been looking forward to winter holidays. People around me seemed to have enjoyed the vacation, too. Then, is it fair that people have the same amount of holidays regardless of their occupations? 　　Nevertheless, divergent views emerge on the matter in question. Some people are of the opinion that laborers should have the same length of holiday. They hold the view that people are born equal and should be treated equally. The same amount of leisure time may eliminate the unfairness among people who might be upset psychologically if otherwise.　　At first sight, it may seem to be an attractive idea, but it doesn't bear much analysis.　　To begin with, people do different kinds of jobs featuring different labor intensity and so the time needed to refresh their physical condition varies. For example, blue collar workers may work longer hours before they get tired physically, while white collar workers such as doctors and teachers are more mentally stressed. Unable to work continuously as long as those physical labor workers, white collars need more time to pull through the mental weariness than physical tiredness.　　All in all, people in different jobs assume different responsibilities and have different degrees of pressure.　　Secondly, different tasks and duties are required for different professions, resulting in the variety of holiday periods for people in different walks of life.　　Some employees cannot have their legal holidays and even have to work overtime, such as policemen, construction workers and people in the service line. Those professions just can't be interrupted for a mornent;other wise the society will be in a mess. Even for some people in the same occupation, they cannot have the same holidays entitled to them due to many factors out of human control, such as special assignments, and health conditions etc, then not to say people in different fields.　　Suppose we, as teachers do, all have three months' holiday in a year.　　Then factories have to employ considerably more workers because some of them are enjoying happy holiday. That's obviously against the principles of doing business at lower cost and efficiency.　　If we have only three days off in a year, then all the people in our country will be working day after day. No one can squeeze time to visit those tourist resorts leisurely. It goes without saying that the tourist trade and catering industry thus cannot develop rapidly and healthily.有什么问题 请随时提问 有问必答这篇作文希望对你 有帮助 没有的话 我在去英语作文大全里面帮您找找看一定会有你喜欢的作文哈 不过希望 找和自己水平差不多的 你找的太好了 老师以为你英文很好了 到考试 时候 就没那么理想了 所以建议 不要和自己水平差太多的

A long speech draft,and also
excellent. I agree with almost all of your views, like the
methodological differences between learning science and language, the
explaination of so-called "standard English" and so on. The most
important is that, you've clarified some of the most crucial
misunderstandings during learning English, including simplexly reciting
without carrying any meaning, over seeking the grammar and the standard
ignoring if they are communicating.

I kept thinking while reading
your draft, trying to summarize a thread of your article. Firstly you
talked about English is a man-made subject——comparing with
science——which is ever changing and developing in its rules or grammar;
the Second you want to talk about is, the English as long as it can
communicate is correct; As for the standard English, you also give the
answer like "the most effective and efficient communication"
is what matters. In that way, if you could combine them together and
take the standard English as a part of the correct English to give the
answer, which may make it more compact, I think. Then, you told how to
learn and what is the deepest barrier of learning English residing in
the cultural difference, which i think is the most conspicuous part of
your article and what you're good at best, and also, what the students
should have a clear understanding of. By this part, they should
understand learning English is not a way to earn marks only.It is a
LANGUAGE,which deeply rooted in the foreign culture, alive and
meaningful.then, how can one stay with such a kind of animate creature in
such a lifeless way like reciting and memorizing even without any
understanding? if one want to speak a good English instead of just
gaining a high marks, then spend his time in understanding by heart instead of reciting by heart. you've also given the general way:putting them into sensible context and make sure you express ideas,
then i'll give some tips in detail, such like reading as much as you
can.five reading materials a day can not only raise your marks, but also
your real English ability;writing more in English.mails, short
messages, letters and also your composition;"showing off" more without
too much worry. All of the students know quite well with all of these
tips, but few of them have really done, or even have this consciousness
and idea to use English in their mind.(P.S.this USE is not including that USE
in exam, but in life.) I think the cause of this situation lies in the
understanding of why we learn English. If you consider English learning
is a tool helping you pass the entrance exam to university, then the
effect may be just the opposite to what you wishes. So why not have a
second thought about it? as mentioned, English is alive, try to
understand ITS purpose instead of YOUR purpose. Not so utilitarian, you may get what you really need unexpectedly.

I can't assure that, as long as
you pay more attention to the inside of English, you can earn good marks
and learn good English.but what i'm sure of is, if you want to earn
good marks and learn gool English, you must know what the
English really is.

This is another
misunderstanding during learning English: too utilitarian. and i try to
give my understanding on this problem and also my solution. using it or
not depends on you.

incidentally, when comes
to the method of learnig English, we still have some skill differring
from learnig science. that is, we can always ask WHY in science, because
science rules have a series of connectiong in itself, you can always find
the reason to a phenomena. while as to English, things are
different, for it's an "artificial" subject. Nobody can
answer you why when comes to "he" we should use "is",while "I" should
"am".People just prescript it should be... then it is.there aren't so
many WHY. NO "WHY",JUST "HOW".JUST MIMIC.

all above is what i thought
over and over.as a student who has fought with English exam for AGES and
also be a friend with English for AGES, this is my own experience.hope
can help you.

When it comes to English learning, people may start pouring out their woes about how it difficult to learn. Well, as an English major student, I think there are several ways we can do to improve our English skills and make it easier to learn. Some English learners believe that extensive reading is an important way to learn English. I really agree with that. For every English learner, extensive reading is a indispensable part to enhance their English. There are some of the advantages of reading:
当提到学习英语时,人们就开始大倒苦水,抱怨英语是有多么的难学。好吧,作为一名英语专业的学生,我认为我们有几种方法可以使我们的英语水平提高,让其更容易学。一些英语学习者认为泛读是学习英语的重要方法。我同意这种看法。对于每个英语学习者来说,泛读是提高英语水平不可缺的一部分。关于阅读,有这些好处:
First of all, reading on different kinds of topics can broaden our horizon. We can know about the things we don’t know before and learn about the cultural differences. To a large extend, we acquire our knowledge through reading. Second, reading English books or novel can avoid we speak “Chinglish”. We can know the way how the native English speakers express themselves. Third, reading is a good way to enlarge our vocabulary. If we encounter a new word in the book, we can refer to the dictionary, and then write it down on the notebook. What’s more, the more we read, the better our reading comprehension will be. It’s a very useful skill for English learner. Last but not least, reading can provide us with a lot of pleasure. We will not feel lonely if we read an interesting book.
In a word, reading is a good way to improve our English skills. Try to read extensively, you’ll have a lot of benefit from it.
一句话总结,阅读是提高我们英语学习能力的好方法。试着去广泛的阅读吧,你会从中收获很多的。
