just 和 only 在句子中往往是修饰其他词，特别是Just，本身没多大意思。eg, i just moved in yesterday. 我昨天才搬进来. only 就是只有，唯独的意思，常与其他词搭配变成短语-Not only，but also(不仅。。。而且。。。）动词后面加ing有很多种情况。
A. 进行时态 i am doing the homework now.
B. 任何一个句子里面出现一个动词以上的，他们都不能用同一种时态， eg, i went talking to my teacher in office just now.我刚刚去办公室找老师谈话。(这里go 和 talk都是动词）
