\u6bcf\u4e00\u6b21\u5b89\u5168\u4e8b\u6545\u7684\u53d1\u751f\u90fd\u662f\u7531\u9ebb\u75f9\u5927\u610f\u9020\u6210\u7684\u3002\u8981\u4ece\u4ee5\u524d\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u4e8b\u6545\u4e2d\u5438\u53d6\u7ecf\u9a8c\u6559\u8bad\uff0c\u4e0d\u65ad\u52a0\u5f3a\u5bf9\u73b0\u573a\u5b89\u5168\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u675c\u7edd\u6b64\u7c7b\u4e8b\u6545\u518d\u6b21\u53d1\u751f\uff1b\u8981\u5145\u5206\u53d1\u6325\u516c\u53f8\u5b89\u5168\u5458\u548c\u73ed\u7ec4\u5b89\u5168\u5458\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5bf9\u73b0\u573a\u5b89\u5168\u9690\u60a3\u8fdb\u884c\u5b9a\u671f\u3001\u4e0d\u5b9a\u671f\u6392\u67e5\uff0c\u505a\u5230\u5b89\u5168\u9690\u60a3\u53ca\u65f6\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u53ca\u65f6\u5904\u7406\uff1b\u5b89\u5168\u8d23\u4efb\u4eba\u8981\u52a0\u5f3a\u5bf9\u751f\u4ea7\u73b0\u573a\u7684\u5de1\u5bdf\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u5bf9\u8fdd\u7ae0\u64cd\u4f5c\u8fdb\u884c\u4e25\u8083\u5904\u7406\u548c\u7ea0\u6b63\uff0c\u52a0\u5f3a\u5b89\u5168\u89c4\u7ae0\u5236\u5ea6\u548c\u64cd\u4f5c\u89c4\u7a0b\u7684\u5b66\u4e60\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u5458\u5de5\u6267\u884c\u529b\uff0c\u589e\u5f3a\u5458\u5de5\u8d23\u4efb\u611f\uff0c\u628a\u5b89\u5168\u5de5\u4f5c\u843d\u5230\u5b9e\u5904\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u5b89\u5168\u751f\u4ea7\u7684\u826f\u597d\u79e9\u5e8f\u3002

\u201c\u8fdd\u7ae0\uff0c\u9ebb\u75f9\uff0c\u4e0d\u8d1f\u8d23\u4efb\u201d\uff0c\u4e09\u8fdd\u884c\u4e3a\u5c31\u662f\u91ce\u86ee\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u4e0d\u6811\u7acb\u7262\u56fa\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u610f\u8bc6\uff0c\u53ea\u56fe\u7701\u4e8b\uff0c\u5b58\u4fa5\u5e78\u5fc3\u7406\uff0c\u6015\u9ebb\u70e6\uff0c\u8fd9\u5c31\u7ed9\u4e86\u4e8b\u6545\u53d1\u751f\u53ef\u4e58\u4e4b\u673a\u3002\u4f5c\u4e1a\u4eba\u5458\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u8fdd\u7ae0\uff0c\u662f\u5bfc\u81f4\u4e8b\u6545\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u64cd\u4f5c\u884c\u8f66\u524d\u4e0d\u8fdb\u884c\u9065\u63a7\u5668\u548c\u884c\u8f66\u7684\u6bd4\u914d\u786e\u8ba4\uff0c\u8fdc\u8ddd\u79bb\u64cd\u4f5c\u884c\u8f66\uff0c\u90fd\u4e25\u91cd\u8fdd\u53cd\u5b89\u5168\u64cd\u4f5c\u89c4\u7a0b\u3002\u8981\u52a0\u5927\u5bf9\u201c\u4e09\u8fdd\u201d\u884c\u4e3a\u7684\u67e5\u5904\uff0c\u575a\u6301\u5f00\u5c55\u73ed\u524d\u4e94\u5206\u949f\u5b89\u5168\u65e9\u4f1a\uff0c\u505a\u5230\u5b89\u5168\u5de5\u4f5c\u5929\u5929\u6293\u3001\u5929\u5929\u8bb2\uff0c\u5b89\u5168\u4e92\u4fdd\u5bf9\u5b50\u4e4b\u95f4\u5e94\u505a\u5230\u65f6\u65f6\u76d1\u7763\uff0c\u65f6\u65f6\u63d0\u9192\uff0c\u53d1\u73b0\u4e0d\u5b89\u5168\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u53ca\u65f6\u5236\u6b62\uff1b\u628a\u5b89\u5168\u5de5\u4f5c\u843d\u5230\u5b9e\u5904\uff0c\u575a\u51b3\u675c\u7edd\u5b89\u5168\u4e8b\u6545\u7684\u53d1\u751f\u3002
\u4e09\u3001\u5f3a\u5316\u5b89\u5168\u610f\u8bc6\u3001\u52a0\u5f3a\u6280\u80fd\u57f9\u8bad
\u8981\u7ec4\u7ec7\u597d\u5458\u5de5\u7684\u6280\u80fd\u57f9\u8bad\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u4e0d\u65ad\u63d0\u9ad8\u5458\u5de5\u7684\u64cd\u4f5c\u6280\u80fd
\u548c\u804c\u4e1a\u7d20\u8d28\uff1b\u52a0\u5f3a\u8bbe\u5907\u8ba4\u77e5\u57f9\u8bad\uff0c\u8ba9\u5458\u5de5\u4e86\u89e3\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u539f\u7406\u548c\u6784\u9020\uff0c\u589e\u5f3a\u5176\u5bf9\u64cd\u4f5c\u89c4\u7a0b\u7684\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u7406\u89e3\uff1b\u52a0\u5f3a\u5b89\u5168\u57f9\u8bad\uff0c\u8ba9\u5458\u5de5\u5728\u901a\u8fc7\u4e0d\u65ad\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u5b66\u4e60\u4e2d\u8fdb\u884c\u53cd\u601d\uff0c\u4ece\u4e2d\u5438\u53d6\u7ecf\u9a8c\u6559\u8bad\uff0c\u5f3a\u5316\u5b89\u5168\u610f\u8bc6\uff0c\u589e\u5f3a\u8d23\u4efb\u611f\u3002
\u4e8b\u6545\u901a\u62a5\u7684\u5b66\u4e60\u4e0e\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u5176\u76ee\u7684\u65e8\u5728\u4e8e\u8b66\u4e16\u53ca\u6559\u80b2\u6211\u4eec\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u6211\u4eec\u67e5\u627e\u81ea\u5df1\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e2d\u7684\u4e0d\u8db3\u3002\u6211\u4f1a\u5728\u4ee5\u540e\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e2d\u4e0d\u65ad\u5b66\u4e60\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u7ba1\u7406\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u505a\u5230\u5b89\u5168\u65e0\u5c0f\u4e8b\u3002
\u5b89\u5168\u5fc3\u5f97\u4f53\u4f1a800\u5b57\u4e8c\uff1a\u5173\u4e8e\u5b89\u5168\u751f\u4ea7\u5fc3\u5f97\u4f53\u4f1a\uff08949\u5b57\uff09
\u5982\u679c\u8bf4\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u5b58\u5728\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u8ffd\u6c42\u6548\u76ca\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u5b89\u5168\u751f\u4ea7\u5c31\u662f\u4f01\u4e1a\u6700\u5927\u7684\u6548\u76ca\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5b89\u5168\u751f\u4ea7\u662f\u7acb\u4e1a\u4e4b\u672c\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5e7f\u5927\u4f01\u4e1a\u804c\u5de5\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u5bf9\u5b89\u5168\u751f\u4ea7\u7684\u91cd\u89c6\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u8d23\u4efb\u548c\u4e49\u52a1\uff0c\u4fdd\u8bc1\u81ea\u5df1\u5728\u6b63\u5e38\u751f\u4ea7\u7684\u540c\u65f6\u4e0d\u53d7\u5230\u4f24\u5bb3\uff0c\u662f\u5bf9\u4f01\u4e1a\u8d1f\u8d23\uff0c\u66f4\u662f\u5bf9\u81ea\u5df1\u548c\u5bb6\u5ead\u8d1f\u8d23\u3002\u4ece\u8fdb\u5165\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u5929\u8d77\u6211\u4eec\u63a5\u89e6\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u5802\u8bfe\u5c31\u662f\u5b89\u5168\u6559\u80b2\uff0c\u4f01\u4e1a\u5bf9\u5458\u5de5\u8fdb\u884c\u516c\u53f8\u3001\u8f66\u95f4\u3001\u73ed\u7ec4\u4e09\u7ea7\u5b89\u5168\u6559\u80b2\uff0c\u5c42\u5c42\u628a\u5173\uff0c\u53ef\u89c1\u5b89\u5168\u751f\u4ea7\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3002
\u5b89\u5168\u751f\u4ea7\u662f\u6bcf\u4e00\u4e2a\u4f01\u4e1a\u5458\u5de5\u7684\u62a4\u8eab\u7b26\u3002\u8c01\u8fdd\u53cd\u4e86\uff0c\u5c31\u7b49\u4e8e\u98de\u86fe\u6251\u706b\u3002\u5b89\u5168\u4e5f\u662f\u4e00\u628a\u53cc\u5203\u5251\uff0c\u9075\u5b88\u5b83\u7684\u89c4\u5219\u5b83\u5c31\u4f1a\u4fdd\u62a4\u4f60\uff0c\u8fdd\u53cd\u4ed6\u7684\u89c4\u5219\u4ed6\u5c31\u4f1a\u8ba9\u4f60\u4ed8\u51fa\u8840\u7684\u4ee3\u4ef7\u3002\u8fdd\u7ae0\u5bfc\u81f4\u5982\u6b64\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u540e\u679c\uff0c\u4e0d\u80fd\u8bf4\u5927\u5bb6\u6ca1\u6709\u8ba4\u8bc6\u3002\u90a3\u4e48\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u53c8\u5e38\u6709\u8fdd\u7ae0\u7684\u4e8b\u53d1\u751f\u5462\uff1f\u6211\u60f3\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u5173\u952e\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u957f\u56f0\u6270\u7740\u6211\u4eec\u3002\u90a3\u5c31\u662f\uff1a\u6211\u4eec\u603b\u662f\u76f8\u4fe1\u81ea\u5df1\u6240\u8c13\u7684\u7ecf\u9a8c\uff0c\u539f\u8c05\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u758f\u5ffd\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u653e\u7eb5\u81ea\u5df1\u4e0d\u9075\u89c4\u5b88\u7eaa\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\uff0c\u4e00\u8db3\u5931\u6210\u5343\u53e4\u6068\uff01
\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u90fd\u660e\u767d\u5b89\u5168\u610f\u5473\u7740\u4ec0\u4e48\uff0c\u5b89\u5168\u4e5f\u662f\u6700\u5bb9\u6613\u88ab\u4eba\u5ffd\u89c6\u7684\u3002\u5f53\u6211\u4eec\u6ce8\u89c6\u8fd9\u8bbe\u5907\u6b63\u5e38\u8fd0\u884c\u7684\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u5f53\u6211\u4eec\u770b\u7740\u573a\u5730\u4e0a\u4e00\u8f86\u8f86\u88c5\u5378\u8f66\u7f13\u6162\u9a76\u8fc7\u7684\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u5b89\u5168\u4e8c\u5b57\u5f80\u5f80\u4f1a\u88ab\u4e00\u65f6\u7684\u677e\u61c8\u5239\u90a3\u95f4\u79bb\u5f00\u4e86\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5934\u8111\uff0c\u800c\u5c31\u662f\u8fd9\u4e00\u5239\u90a3\uff0c\u5b89\u5168\u4e8b\u6545\u53ef\u80fd\u5c31\u4f1a\u5728\u8fd9\u4e00\u77ac\u95f4\u53d1\u751f\u3002\u5176\u5b9e\u5b89\u5168\u4e8b\u6545\u5f80\u5f80\u90fd\u662f\u4e9b\u5b8c\u5168\u53ef\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u7684\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u5b89\u5168\u4e8b\u6545\u4e5f\u5f80\u5f80\u662f\u53d1\u751f\u5728\u90a3\u4e9b\u6211\u4eec\u8ba4\u4e3a\u672c\u4e0d\u8be5\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u5730\u65b9\uff0c\u4e8b\u5b9e\u8bc1\u660e\u4fa5\u5e78\u548c\u758f\u5ffd\u5927\u610f\u662f\u9020\u6210\u5b89\u5168\u4e8b\u6545\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u540c\u65f6\u6211\u4eec\u4e00\u5b9a\u8981\u628a\u5b89\u5168\u4e8c\u5b57\u7262\u8bb0\u5728\u5fc3\uff0c\u5b8c\u6210\u5de5\u4f5c\u4efb\u52a1\u4e4b\u524d\u4e00\u5b9a\u8981\u786e\u8ba4\u5b89\u5168\u4e0e\u5426\uff0c\u4e3b\u89c2\u4e0a\u5f15\u8d77\u91cd\u89c6\uff0c\u4e09\u601d\u800c\u540e\u884c\uff0c\u5bf9\u4efb\u4f55\u5b58\u5728\u5371\u9669\u7684\u4e0d\u5b89\u5168\u56e0\u7d20\u90fd\u8981\u5c0f\u5fc3\u5bf9\u5f85\uff0c\u4e0d\u8981\u9ebb\u75f9\u5927\u610f\uff0c\u81ea\u4ee5\u4e3a\u662f\uff0c\u505a\u5230\u80c6\u5927\u5fc3\u7ec6\uff0c\u5706\u6ee1\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u5b8c\u6210\u5de5\u4f5c\u4efb\u52a1\u3002
\u5b89\u5168\u751f\u4ea7\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u57fa\u77f3\uff0c\u66f4\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u4fdd\u969c\u3002\u8bb8\u591a\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u4e0d\u5c11\u8b66\u53e5\u5f80\u5f80\u6211\u4eec\u8033\u719f\u80fd\u8be6\u201c\u5b89\u5168\u751f\u4ea7\u9884\u9632\u4e3a\u4e3b\uff0c\u5b89\u5168\u7b2c\u4e00\u4ee5\u4eba\u4e3a\u672c\u201d\uff0c\u4f46\u6211\u4eec\u9700\u8981\u7684\u5e76\u4e0d\u5b8c\u5168\u662f\u8fd9\u4e9b\uff0c\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u83ab\u8fc7\u4e8e\u628a\u614e\u5bc6\u7684\u601d\u60f3\u843d\u5b9e\u5230\u4e25\u8c28\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u4e2d\uff0c\u8c28\u4e8e\u601d\u614e\u4e8e\u884c\u3002
\u6bcf\u4e00\u6b21\u8840\u7684\u6559\u8bad\uff0c\u90fd\u7ed9\u4e86\u6211\u4eec\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u8b66\u793a\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e00\u6b21\u4e8b\u6545\u7684\u53d1\u751f\uff0c\u603b\u5728\u4e8e\u758f\u5ffd\u4e0e\u5927\u610f\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e00\u6b21\u4e8b\u6545\u7684\u80cc\u540e\uff0c\u603b\u7559\u6709\u8bb8\u8bb8\u591a\u591a\u7684\u61ca\u6094\u4e0e\u54c0\u4f24\uff0c\u4f46\u6211\u4eec\u8981\u5728\u54c0\u601d\u4e2d\u53cd\u601d\uff0c\u5728\u53cd\u601d\u4e2d\u7262\u8bb0\uff0c\u7262\u8bb0\u8fd9\u7528\u751f\u547d\u6362\u6765\u7684\u6559\u8bad\u3002\u53ea\u8981\u4eba\u4eba\u5fc3\u4e2d\u90fd\u80fd\u7262\u8bb0\u201c\u5b89\u5168\u7b2c\u4e00\uff0c\u9884\u9632\u4e3a\u4e3b\u201d\u7684\u601d\u60f3\uff0c\u5bf9\u5b89\u5168\u5de5\u4f5c\u5728\u601d\u60f3\u4e0a\u52a0\u4ee5\u91cd\u89c6\uff0c\u5728\u884c\u4e3a\u4e0a\u63d0\u524d\u9632\u8303\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u5b89\u5168\u610f\u8bc6\uff0c\u589e\u5f3a\u5b89\u5168\u8d23\u4efb\u5fc3\uff0c\u7ef7\u7d27\u201c\u5b89\u5168\u8fd9\u6839\u5f26\u201d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c31\u4f1a\u8425\u9020\u51fa\u5b89\u5168\u548c\u8c10\u7684\u6c1b-\u56f4\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5e73\u5b89\u4e4b\u82b1\u624d\u4f1a\u76db\u5f00\u7684\u66f4\u52a0\u957f\u4e45\u9c9c\u8273\u3002

\u5b89\u5168\u662f\u793e\u4f1a\u6587\u660e\u548c\u8fdb\u6b65\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6807\u5fd7\uff0c\u662f\u575a\u6301\u4ee5\u4eba\u4e3a\u672c\u5b89\u5168\u7406\u5ff5\u7684\u5fc5\u7136\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u662f\u575a\u6301\u4eba\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u548c\u8c10\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u524d\u63d0\u6761\u4ef6\uff0c\u662f\u94a2\u94c1\u751f\u4ea7\u4f01\u4e1a\u751f\u5b58\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6211\u4eec\u6c34\u7535\u6c14\u7ba1\u7406\u90e8\u95e8\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u5b89\u5168\u662f\u6c38\u6052\u7684\u4e3b\u9898\u3002
\u6211\u4ece\u4e00\u5f00\u59cb\u5de5\u4f5c\u5c31\u5728\u67f3\u94a2\u52a8\u529b\u5382\u7684\u7164\u6c14\u516c\u53f8\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u6c11\u7528\u7164\u6c14\u7ba1\u7406\u884c\u4e1a\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u7279\u6b8a\u7684\u884c\u4e1a\uff0c\u5b89\u5168\u5305\u542b\u7684\u610f\u4e49\u5c24\u4e3a\u6df1\u523b\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5929\u5929\u90fd\u5728\u7164\u6c14\u7ba1\u7406\u5c97\u4f4d\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u65f6\u65f6\u5904\u5904\u8c08\u5230\u7684\u90fd\u662f\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u5b83\u5e26\u7ed9\u4e86\u6211\u4eec\u4f01\u4e1a\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u7f8e\u597d\u524d\u666f\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u53c8\u51dd\u805a\u4e86\u592a\u591a\u4eba\u7684\u7275\u6302\u548c\u8d23\u4efb\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e00\u4e2a\u67f3\u94a2\u804c\u5de5\u90fd\u80fd\u611f\u53d7\u5230\u8fd9\u4efd\u8d23\u4efb\u7684\u91cd\u5927\u3002\u5728\u5e74\u590d\u4e00\u5e74\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u8033\u6fe1\u76ee\u67d3\u4e86\u8bb8\u8bb8\u591a\u591a\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u751f\u4ea7\u4e8b\u4f8b\uff0c\u6211\u6df1\u6df1\u611f\u53d7\u5230\u5b89\u5168\u6240\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u6df1\u523b\u542b\u4e49\u3002\u5b89\u5168\u5c31\u610f\u5473\u7740\u8d23\u4efb\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u4eba\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u4e0d\u4ec5\u662f\u5bf9\u81ea\u5df1\u8d1f\u8d23\uff0c\u66f4\u591a\u5730\u662f\u5bf9\u5173\u5fc3\u4f60\u7684\u5bb6\u4eba\u8d1f\u8d23\uff1b\u5b89\u5168\u53c8\u7b49\u540c\u4e8e\u6548\u76ca\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u66f4\u80fd\u4f53\u4f1a\u5230\u5b89\u5168\u751f\u4ea7\u5e26\u7ed9\u6211\u4eec\u94a2\u94c1\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u52c3\u52c3\u751f\u673a\u3002\u5982\u679c\u8bf4\u8fd8\u6709\u4ec0\u4e48\u53ef\u4ee5\u548c\u5e78\u798f\u7b49\u540c\u7684\u8bdd\uff0c\u6211\u4f1a\u6beb\u4e0d\u72b9\u8c6b\u5730\u56de\u7b54\u2014\u2014\u5b89\u5168\uff01\u867d\u7136\u662f\u4e24\u4e2a\u666e\u901a\u7684\u5b57\u773c\uff0c\u4f46\u5374\u6d89\u53ca\u5230\u6211\u4eec\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u3002

安全学习的心得体会经过一个月的安全学习使我对安全的重要性有了更加深刻的理解和感悟。根据事故调查资料的统计可以发现：事故发生的主要原因是工作人员未认真执行安全操作规程，工作负责人现场管理不到位。学习了安全知识后，我进行了深刻的反思。下面是我的几点体会：
一、加强安全管理
每一次安全事故的发生都是由麻痹大意造成的。要从以前发生的安全事故中吸取经验教训，不断加强对现场安全工作的管理，杜绝此类事故发生；要充分发挥公司安全员和班组安全员作用，对现场安全隐患进行定期、不定期排查，做到安全隐患及时发现，及时处理；安全责任人要加强对生产现场的巡察工作，对违章操作进行严肃处理和纠正，加强安全规章制度和操作规程的学习，提高员工执行力，增强员工责任感，把安全工作落到实处，确保安全生产的良好秩序。
二、杜绝“三违”行为
“违章，麻痹，不负责任”，三违行为就是野蛮行为，不树立牢固的安全意识，只图省事，存侥幸心理，怕麻烦，这就给了事故发生可乘之机。作业人员严重的违章，是导致事故发生的主要原因。要加大对“三违”行为的查处，坚持开展班前五分钟安全早会，做到安全工作天天抓、天天讲，车间员工之间应做到互相监督，互相提醒，发现不安全因素，及时制止；把安全工作落到实处，坚决杜绝安全事故的发生。
三、强化安全意识、加强技能培训
要组织好员工的技能培训工作，不断提高员工的操作技能和职业素质；加强设备认知培训，让员工了解设备的基本原理和构造，增强其对操作规程的进一步理解；加强安全培训，让员工在通过不断的安全学习中进行反思，从中吸取经验教训，强化安全意识，增强责任感。
安全知识的学习，其目的旨在于警示及教育我们，帮助我们查找自己工作中的不足。作为橡修车间的主任，更加要注重安全，提高安全意识，保证车间内部员工生命和财产安全。从今以后我会在工作中不断学习，提高自己的安全管理水平，做到安全无小事，时刻抓安全的思想理念。
