公式中INT是个取整函数.完全舍弃小数位,只取整数部分.
roundup 是向上取整函数.向上取整为最近的最大数.

简单来说$ 是单元格地址的绝对引用符号,
行和列都有这个标志了如:$C$3.表示这个单元格地址不管在哪个单元格引用他都不会变;
行有这个标志而列没有如:C$3.表示这个单元格地址在到其他单元格引用时,行号是不会变的.但是列号会根据引用位置的变动而变动.
列有这个标志而行没有原理同上,只是变动的是列而不是行.
通过上面的了解, 对于$C$3:C$3*$C4:C4来说 向右横向拖拽填充时.两个区域的结束单元格地址也就是C$3和C4会同步变大 两个区域也会同步变大,向下拖拽填充时.第一个区域$C$3:C$3位置和大小都不发生变化.第二个区域$C4:C4位置会向下移动一行.而大小不变.

解释下：
$C$3:C$3 即这个区域中第1个单元格是固定不变的($表示绝对引用)，而第2个单元格因为C列上没有用绝对引用，所以如果将公式向右复制到其他单元格，就会变成：$C$3:D$3、$C$3:E$3、$C$3:F$3......即这个区域随着向右复制单元格公式而变大了。后面的$C4:C4同理。
而公式SUM($C$3:C$3*$C4:C4)的意思就是将$C$3:C$3这个区域与对应的$C4:C4及以下的区域相乘并将结果求和。用B4中的值去减这个结果，并四舍五入到小数后4位，再除以D3中的数值，最后就将最终结果只保留整数部分。
由于复制公式时，单元格会相应发生变化，如果想固定行或列时会用到$
，$用在谁前面，谁的就不变。
1.$C$3也就是说无论你公式复制到哪个单元格，"C”、"3”就不会变。
2.C$3是说如果您公式复制时在列中发生变化，那么列标志"C”会发生变化，行标志"3”不会变。
