教师是实施“整合”的主体。这就要求对教师进行信息技术培训。教师应成为信息技术的自主学习者、自觉应用者和主动适应者，积极学习、自觉应用信息技术，并利用自己的已有经验主动适应信息技术的迅猛发展，在“用信息技术”的过程中消除畏惧感，逐步树立学习——应用——适应信息技术的信心，形成终身学习信息技术的能力。把握教与学的理论，加强教育教学理论，树立先进的教学理念，指导学生不仅主动进行知识建构，而且学会利用信息技术手段进行学习是实施课程改革的关键。
（2）处理好师生关系，树立学生自信心，培养学生学习兴趣，优化信息技术课堂教学
优化课堂教学——作为一个信息技术教育者应该研究和重视的课题。在信息技术学科的教改实践中，我们只有正确认识和把握好学生的这些心理特征，让课堂教学活起来，充分利用各种资源，激发学生学习的积极性和兴趣，才能赢得教学中更好的成绩，才能收获到更大的效益。“让学生成为课堂的主人，让教学充满生命的活力”，是素质教育的基本教育理念之一。课堂活动要活起来，就要有活的教学目标，活的设计，活的教学内容，活的教学过程，活的组织形式，活的教学评价，活用教学媒体和手段。才能优化信息技术课堂教学，改变信息技术课堂教学的状况，使之更好的为课堂教学服务。
（3）处理与其他学科的关系，扬人之长，克己之短
由于信息技术教师在掌握信息技术方面的优势，信息技术教师在课程整合过程中承担一些这样的工作责无旁贷。通过这些工作，信息技术教师在工作能力、业务能力上也可以得到较大的提高。在这些工作中，信息技术教师不应该仅仅是技术支持者，服务的提供者，也应该是信息技术使用的指导者，服务的受益者。由于与其他学科教学接触广泛，信息技术教师更易于发现其他学科教师教学中的长处，弥补自己经验上的不足。为了避免由于为其他学科提供帮助而影响对本学科教学的深入钻研，信息技术教师应注意对其他学科教师中的信息技术骨干进行培训，必要时也可以组织一些学生志愿者帮助，充分调动各种人力资源。在技术的使用上，应避免唯技术主义，在同样的教学效果下，应优先选择简单、易用、低成本的技术。在软件资源的利用上，应注意优秀资源信息的共享，避免低水平的重复性劳动。
（4）积极参加教学科研，努力挖掘课程资源
课程是学校教育的核心，课程资源是教育资源的重要构成部分，从课程资源的本质来看，它是课程开发的条件，是课程的来源和构成要素，是课程得以形成和发展的基本前提。课程资源为课程目标的实现提供了资源上的保证，为课程意义和教育意义的充分展现提供了背景和基础。新世纪的课程改革中，课程资源的开发和利用在结构上必然打破课程资源结构单一的局面。除了传统的校内资源、教材之外，校外资源、网络资源等也是课程资源结构的重要组成部分。因此，课程资源的建设要走出校内资源和教材的狭隘空间，更多地去开发和利用一些条件性的素材性的课程资源，在社会的大环境里学习和探索，挖掘各种资源的潜力和深层次价值，提高利用率，更好地为学校教育的发展服务。
作为教师群体中特殊的一部分，信息技术教师的生存与发展面临着诸多问题。人生的意义在于价值的实现，在现实环境下，其他学科教师的价值可以通过升学率来衡量，我们信息技术教师有时候会有很多心理上的不平衡。但是，俗话说：“小学科大作为”。关键就在于它小而活。所以，自己选定一个方向，坚持下去，信息技术教师要在平时注意与其他学科的联系，多收集有关其他学的信息，提供至一个平台，供其他教师下载，或多与其他教师联系，指导其他教师使用信息工具。 信息技术教师要多点留意其他教师平日的课件或多媒体的制作，发现不足的及时帮提点。 另外，信息技术教师还要要断充实的自身的专业知识和技能，要多参加上级组织的各类培训和自学；在校本培训中，充分发挥自己的专长，把所学到的技术传授给其它学科教师，要真正使全体教师的信息技术素养提升上来，这样不仅提高了自身的专业技能，使信息技术与课程整合工作能够顺利进行，同时也为学校的信息化建设贡献一份力量。
信息老师教别的老师怎么整合各科的资料。各科老师整合的是各科的知识，与设计，但还不会比信息老师整合的好，需要学习电脑操作。这就很需要信息老师的指导培训。
信息教师具有双重身份
