What is mental health, mental illness, physical health and physical illness mean?

mental health and physical health, which is more important?

Well,I think we can hardly lose one of them.To a healthy person,losing the former or the latter might cause serious problem.

But,in this way,mental health may be more important.We can think in a opposite way.There is two person,one is only with mental health and the other one is only with physical health.So obviously the former can be happy but the latter can not.

mental health is different from physical health which we can see and feel it directly. mental health is a state of our inner heart,whether we are positive,active or depressed or feel blue.
mental illness includes melancholia (忧郁症)，
obsession（强迫症） and so on .
physical health refers to that if your body can work healthily , normally , efficiently.
physical illness includes cold,flu,injury,wound in an accident or other kind of illness.
