SAT和ACT两种考试的意思。SAT和ACT都是美国大学用来测试高中生是否适合升入大学(collegereadiness)的标准化考试。一、SAT和ACT有哪些区别?
最大的区别有两点：一、SAT有填空题(SentenceCompletion)，考生需求相当的词汇基础。ACT有科学(Science)，考生需求较强的逻辑思维能力;二、ACT题目简略，但需求速度快;SAT题目偏难，但时间较多。
二、选择SAT还是ACT？
懒得背单词的话就ACT吧。或者2个都考，那个成果高用那个请求。这也是Harvard大学给出的战略。更保险的方法是，下载一些sat/act样题，对比一下，看看哪个更适合你。
三、Sat/act考试的场次是怎样的?
在美国本土，SAT每年举行7次，分别为：1月、3月或4月、5月、6月、10月、11月和12月。每年春季第一场(3或4月)考试不提供应国际学生。故对中国学生而言，每年考试时机有6次。
ACT每年举行6次，分别为：2月、4月、6月、9月、10月、12月。ACT和SAT在日期安排上基本上是错开的。
四、考试地点，考试费用?
SAT大陆暂无考场，需到香港/澳门/台湾./新加坡/韩国/日本等地区或国家考试，71美金一次;ACT在大陆各地有考场，但挺不厚道的一点是，考生需求参与一个GAC国际大学预科课程，才能在当地的考点参与考试。不参与GAC课程的，只能转战香港，费用56美金(不含写作)或71美金(含写作)。
五、成绩多久出来?
SAT考完之后最快20天，可通过网络寄送到指定大学，如采用邮递的话，需25-27天。
ACT考试之后16天拿到成果。如果有写作的话，顺延2周。需求寄送的话，最快7天可寄出。
