10+2 申报，实为ISF申报的一个俗称。即进口安全申报（Importer Security Filing）和运送人附加要求，要求美国进口商(10项申报内容) 和船公司(2项申报内容)，必须在货物装船前二十四小时，通过AMS 或ABI 系统将电子申报数据送入美国海关。在ISF 申报操作方面，进口商可以委托其信任的海外代理代为申报。
