我的结论是 1. 你的付款没有成功， 虽然Paypal成功从你的银行卡扣款，但是这笔钱没有支付给卖家， 所以你没有交易记录
2. 你不需要和卖家联系
3. 正常来说， 没有成功的付款，被扣的钱会在3个小时后退回到你的银行卡，但是由于某些问题，这笔钱还没有回去
4. 钱应该还在paypal， 或者在银行里面， 你先联系Paypal查询一下钱的状态吧

PAYPAL里面申请退款就好了
