【摘要】 目的:通过实验观察探讨收缩或舒张血管药物对局麻药作用时间有无影响。 方法:对具有正常痛觉反射的昆明种成年实验小白鼠随机分组编号,对相应组号小白鼠分别尾静脉注射相应浓度的生理盐水、肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素、酚妥拉明后,立即臀部皮下注射普鲁卡因,观察记录小白鼠疼痛反射消失及恢复的时间,比较各药物对普鲁卡因麻醉时间的延长与缩短作用。 结果:肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素、酚妥拉明对普鲁卡因麻醉时间的作用与给生理盐水组比较,分别是延长、延长、缩短,并且肾上腺素作用比去甲肾上腺素强。 结论:肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素等缩血管药和扩血管药酚妥拉明对普鲁

【 abstract 】

(Briefing) Purpose: By doing experiments we have observed and discussed whether vasoconstrictor or vasodilator had ever influenced the working time of local anesthesia . The Methods:------ The way we used is to randomly number and group the grown-up white mice—Kunming mice who were able to have normal pain reflex. .Right after we separately gave these white mice (marked with group number) caudal vein injections with corresponding concentrational saline water, epinephrine, norepinephrine,and phentolamine, we gave the buttocks subcutaneous injection with procaine, then we observed and recorded the time of the pain reflex which had vanished ,and noted the time they recovered.,. Therefore we compared the effects of all above the medicines for lengthening the anesthesia time of procaine or shortening the anesthesia time.of procaine The result of the comparation between epinephrine, norepinephrine,and and phentolamine with saline water group about lengthening or shortening anesthesia time for procaine is different like this, to lengthen, to lengthen, and to shorten, and the effect of epinephrine was stronger than that of norepinephrine.
Summing Up: epinephrine norepinephrine and other vasoconstrictor and vasodilator like phentolamine affect the anesthesia time of procaine.
