1.时态不同：
（1）be doing是在正在做某事，是一般进行时，表示正在发生的动作或存在的状态。如：He is watching TV他在看电视；I'm eating 我正在吃饭等等。
（2） be going to+动词原形 是将要做某事，是一般将来时，表示将来发生的某个动作和存在的状态。如She's going to go shopping她要去购物。
2.将来时一般有两种表达形式：
（1）be going to +动词原形
（2）shall/will+动词原形
be doing表示计划、安排做某事,常和表示将来的时间状语连用；还表示不久将要发生的动作（动词多是表位置移动的动词）,较口语化.be going to表主观打算做某事；根据某种迹象推测将要发生某事
be doing表示眼下，近期就要发生的事；但是动词都表示位置转移的动词。比如arrive，leave，go，come等。
be going to表示根据主观判断将来肯定发生的事。
