1，儒家“有教无类”思想的提出，顺应了历史发展潮流的进步，适应了社会的发展的需要。孔子提出的“有教无类”包含以下两种含义：第一，从人的外在性来看“有教无类”是指在教育对象上，不分地域与国别，不分贵族与平民，人人都应该受教育。第二，从人的天赋素质以及后天的习惯与行为方面来看，“有教无类”是指不论智愚、不论品行善恶，只要诚心求教，都应当给与教育，对现代社会的发展存在深远的影响
2，儒家“因材施教”的倡导有利于学生个性的发展，因材施教的教育原则和方法始自孔子，虽然他并没有在理论上提出“因材施教”的概念 ，但却始终将之贯穿于教育实践活动中。所以朱熹说：“夫子教人，各因其材。”作为一种教育思想，注重在人的差异基础上通过不同的教育方法，促进每个人的发展，是科学求实的，是孔子留给后世的弥足珍贵的教育思想财富。
3，儒家思想比较强调学生的主体地位。孔子常说：“三人行，必有我师焉；择其善者而从之，其不善者而改之。”也就是说，一个人只要善于自省、明于外察，别人身上好的品质和坏的方面都可以作为自己的老师，自己则应该加以分辨和取舍。
第一，儒家思想在仁政，为人的阐述上的确有点道理，所谓半部《论语》治天下。如果天下的君臣民都能按他的要求来做，那天就是充满了真善美。但事实上那是不可能的。
第二，孔子的门徒和儒家的学者是世界上最最执着，最最顽强，最最富有事业心的人。在春秋战国时期，诸侯各国为富国强兵，法家和墨家的思想比较流行。儒家思想是最不受欢迎的东西，但孔子带学生周游列国去宣扬他的学说。孔子死后，他的学生们把他的言论汇编成论语，继续不断地发展孔子儒家的理论学说并沿街叫卖，一直到汉武帝时的卫倌。终于给他搞成功了。
第三，中国历史发展到汉武帝时，终于成为一个比较完整和稳定的国家。这时候儒家思想的精髓就被统治者看重并拿了出来。儒家思想的精髓其实就两点。
1，崇古。他们认为，古时候的东西都是好的，完美的。就像孔子特意要为西周的礼仪专门请教当时东周国家图书馆馆长的老子。他认为，如果现在的人不去破坏过去的礼法，就没有世间的动荡了。就像汉什么帝（名字俺忘了）要修改国家的法律法规，问下面的大臣，那位大臣（儒家的。不好意思，名字俺也忘了）对他说，现在的法律法规是高祖皇帝和萧大丞相制定的，皇上你的才能比高祖如何？俺的才能比萧大丞相如何？那位皇上当然不能说自己比高祖老流氓刘邦更高啦。那位大臣说，既然我们都比不上他们，所以，高祖和萧大丞相制定的法律法规当然是最最完美的啦。皇帝虽然胸闷，也没办法。有句名言叫“按既定方针办”就是这个意思。
2，克己复礼。这是当一个平常人成为统治者后最最看的上，听的进，用得着的东西。天下都是抢来的，打来的，搞到手是很不容易的。既然搞来了天下，谁又愿意失去呢？那么就要大家安次序坐好，都要听话，不要把屁股放在不该放的地方。有点想法是可以的，但要有克制，不能违了礼数，那样会大逆不道的。君君臣臣，父父子子，大家规规矩矩，那样就能世世代代了。君父，就要施仁政，臣子就要献孝心，所以就有了三纲五常，三从四德之类的东西。在这样的社会环境中，人性能得到发展吗？
这样的话，法家的思想是追求社会的不断的变革，墨家的思想是犹如现在西方的自由平等博爱，怎么能让统治者看的上，那不是要挖自己的祖坟吗？
儒家思想统治了中国两千年，在这两千年里，几乎抹煞了其它的所有的思想体系，中国的知识分子浸淫其中不能自拔，因为那是要出人头地的唯一的小径，从而抹煞了中国知识分子的创造性。在这两千年中，由于思想的禁锢，中国几乎无科学而言。当西方列强带着洋枪洋炮来到中国的时候，就难免的挨打，而且是几乎没有还手的余地。
到今天还有人在谈儒家思想的如何如何的有用，俺不知道他们是很懂的在谈还是不懂乱谈，估计是兼而有之。但这种思想是非常非常有危害性的，就像当官要为民作主一样，看上去是很有道理，但骨子里就是把自己当成了人民的主人。
你可以从多个方面去分析，儒家、道家、佛家对中国的政治文学都有不同程度的影响。儒家提倡入世，道家提倡出世，在政治的不同时期文人对他们的态度也不同。政治环境比较好的时候，人们倾向儒家思想，在文学方面表现为歌颂政治人物，抒发自己的报国热情； 在政治环境比较黑暗的时候，很多文人不得志，转而崇尚道家，主张修身，这个在魏晋时表现的比较明显。
