错误代码80072efe这个原因有可能是网络拥挤造成，你可以过段时间或者换个时段看看，还有可能是微软现在开始限定了更新。你也可以试下下面的方法看看，有人是这样解决的：
不能升级得进入windows update中的change settings里，把所有复选框取消即可！
官方的技术支持：如果在“默认网站”上为 TCP/IP 端口 80 上的项（全部未分配）设置了主机标头，安装将失败（VAIFy 错误 0x80072efe）。
