硒鼓上面不是有个可以左右滑动的小滑块么，滑块下面是两块海绵，中间夹着一条细细的电晕丝。平常滑动滑块的时候海绵就会把电晕丝的碳粉清理干净。
你仔细看看，可能还有断掉一半的电晕丝在里面呢。
电晕丝一旦断掉，打印出来的东西马上就会变成几乎全黑，鼓芯沾满碳粉。原因不确定，我以前在信息科的时候接触过很多这种结构的LJ2400打印机，有的电晕丝明显是老化断的，但也有的刚换的硒鼓没几星期电晕丝就断的……虽然没见过你这个型号，但类似的兄弟打印机也有几台，你这个打印机我查过了，也是鼓粉分离式的，都是一样的结构，肯定是电晕丝问题。
如果要清理，建议带口罩或者用湿毛巾捂住口鼻操作，避免吸入碳粉。
解决方法嘛，一个字，换。直接换掉硒鼓问题马上解决。
有动手能力，能买到电晕丝，也可以换电晕丝：
硒鼓左右两边的鼓芯有条金属棒固定，那里有个C型金属卡，要撬开，然后从另一端抽出金属棒，然后才能拆前面的电晕丝。换上新的之后原样归位，用尖嘴钳吧C型卡强按回去，我拆过，这一步骤不好操作。我自己拆过几次，没买到电晕丝，试过拉一根漆包线来代替但效果不太理想，经常报硒鼓错误。
