Once a simpleton’s wife told him to buy some ice.
Two hours later, he didn’t come back. She wanted to know why he didn’t come back and went out to have a look. She saw he was standing in the sun at the gate and watching the ice melting.
“What’s the matter?” She asked him. “Why don’t you bring it in?”
“I saw the ice was wet and I was afraid that you would scold me so I’m running it dry.” The simpleton answered.

So she rolls the pumpkin to her home. When her mother sees the big pumpkin, she is surprised, “Oh, my God! How can you carry it home?”

But soon the lion seemed to recover, and went to the mouth of his cave. He saw a fox waiting outside. “Why don’t you come in?“ asked the lion to the fox. “I beg Your Majesty’s pardon,“ said the fox, “I have seen many animals enter your cave, but none of them come out. Two peasants
Once upon a time two peasants attempted to pass each other and their sledges became entangled. One cried, “Get out of my way; I must get to the town as quickly as possible;” and the other said, “You get out of my way; I must get home as quickly as possible.”
Thus for a long time they disputed. A third peasant saw it and said, “If you are in such a hurry, then each of you gives way a little.”
