My favourite thing is my ipod touch. My aunt bought it for me last september from USA. It is a really cool music player.Except for listening music, it can also be used to watch videos, photos and even browse internet. It has WiFi connection service, so in any place where there is WiFi signal such as Starbucks and Pizzahut,I can freely use my ipod to check my emails or chat with my friends on line.Isn't this cool? And because of its function for watching videos, the time I have to spend on buses to school everyday become not that boring anymore.
I can enjoy some English movies during my trip in order to practise my English.

As we all know,fruit is delicious and healthy food.It has many kinds,such as apples,pears,oranges,lemons and so so.Nowadays,nearly every one have fruit every day.It has a long history.Nobody know that how the fruit springs up.But we all enjoy it very much.
I like it very much.Because it is healthy to our body.After we insist on having fruit every day,we will become stronger.As the proverb says ,\u201d An apple a day keeps the doctor away .\u201d So we should have more.It still has a lot of advantages.First,it can make our skin become white and smooth.This point is very attractive to girls.Next,it helps digestion.When we are hungry,we can eat fruit.It can let you feel full at once.In addition,fruit is so pretty and cute.
In one word,having fruit is good for our health.So we should enjoy it.

My Favourite Food

I eat many kinds of fruits. They are pears, watermelons, apples, bananas, grapes, strawberries and so on. But I like grapes best. There are green grapes, red grapes and purple grapes. They all look beautiful. Grapes taste very nice . They are sweet and a little sour, They are good for our health . So grapes are my favourite fruit.

My favourite food is chicken. I like to eat boiled chicken, jammed chicken, fried chicken and any kind of cooking of chicken. Mum is not a good cook, sometimes she cooks burnt food, but she's very good at cooking chicken. She knows a lot of ways how to cook chicken. I feel very happy.

My favorite food is seafood. There are three reasons as follows:
First of all, it is very deliciouse. It is the famouse food in HK. Every foreigner goes to HK, and the food they must try is the seafood.
Secondly, it has many kind of cooking. Sometime they will fried, or steam or boil or bbq. It depends on which one u like.
The last but not the least reason is that there are many seafood u can choose, such as fish, crab, swarm and so on. Take fish for example, there are many kinds of fish too.
Seafood is the most deliciouse food in the world, and is the one u must try when u have chance. Therefore, I like seafood.

In this world, everyone need energy to survive. where does the energy comes from? Everyday we eat a certain quantity of food, it would provide energy to our daily life.
The food I love most is the vegetables. Without taking certain vegetables every day, you may cause health problems. Maybe it is not very delicious, but it's very important to us.
每个人都需要能量来生存在这个世界上。能力是从哪里来的呢？每天我们都会吃一定量的食物，它给我们的日常生活提供能量。
我最爱的食物是蔬菜。每天，你不吃一定量蔬菜的话，你的健康会出问题。也许它不是那么可口，但是它对我们来说很重要。
