用EM菌青贮秸秆的具体方法：
1、备料。应先将秸秆或稻草按要求粉碎或至少切成小段或丝状，其中用于喂牛、马、骡的饲料原料应切碎成1－2厘米，喂羊、鹿应切碎成1厘米左右。
2、混料。农盛乐秸秆发酵em菌剂用量：按1公斤秸秆发酵em菌剂发酵秸秆500斤计的比例使用。先将发酵em菌剂倒入30－35℃的温水中充分混合（夏季可用凉水），再与上述备好的秸秆物料加水搅拌均匀。含水量控制在65%左右，适宜与否的判断标准为：用手紧抓一把物料，指缝见水不滴水，松手成团为宜。秸秆与水比例大致为1：1.5，加10%～20%左右的玉米粉或麸皮一起发酵效果会更好。
3、做堆。将上述拌匀的秸秆或稻草堆成高度在40-50厘米，长宽随意的物料堆，插上温度计，盖上保温保湿材料，使其发酵。
4、控温。夏季一般发酵6-8小时，室温15度以上冬季，需发酵16-24小时，如室温低于15℃时，应设法增温使其达到15℃以上，如料堆上、下有保温措施发酵更快。

一、作用原理
发酵秸秆饲料的原理是通过有效微生物的生长繁殖使分泌酸大量增加，秸秆中的木聚糖链和木质素聚合物酯链被酶解，促使秸秆软化，体积膨胀，木质纤维素转化成糖类。连续重复发酵又使糖类二次转化成乳酸和挥发性脂肪酸，使pH值降低到4.5~5.0，抑制了腐败菌和其他有害菌类的繁殖，达到秸秆保鲜的目的。其中所含淀粉、蛋白质和纤维素等有机物降解为单糖、双糖、氨基酸及微量元素等，促使饲料变软、变香而更加适口。最终使那些不易被动物吸收利用的粗纤维转化成能被动物吸收的营养物质，提高了动物对粗纤维的消化、吸收和利用率。

青贮转化率高达95%，精粮节约10%左右。每进食1吨青贮料奶牛多产奶140公斤、肉牛多增加体重4公斤(较不加产品的青贮相比)。黄贮可显著增加秸秆饲料的营养成份：粗蛋白11%—14%、有机酸提高10倍以上、维生素B族含量提高几十倍；纤维素酶以及各类消化酶的增加使秸秆利用率高达80%以上，每进食1吨黄贮料奶牛多产奶200公斤以上，肉牛多增加体重6公斤以上(较不加产品的常规饲喂)。促进肉质、奶质改善。
经过好旺农青饲料发酵剂发酵的秸秆乳脂率增加5%—10%，蛋白质含量提高3%—8%，脂肪降低5%—10%，胆固醇含量降低15%—40%，符合绿色食品标准，有较强的市场竞争力。

三、发酵方法
1、发酵原料各种农作物秸秆、树叶杂草、瓜藤、水果渣、干蔗渣、谷壳粉、统糠、食用菌渣、鸡粪等废弃物。
2、菌种用量青贮：0.0025%，黄贮：0.015%；即50克好旺农青饲料发酵剂做2吨青贮或者1吨黄贮。
3、菌液配制
(1)菌种发酵剂活化：根据秸秆总量计算所需好旺农青饲料发酵剂数量，然后用5倍的温水(水温在30度左右，有条件加入少许红糖)进行2-6小时的复活。
(2)菌液配制：将复活的菌液加入水中，搅匀备用。水的用量为：秸秆含水在60%－70%，每吨秸秆补水5公斤左右，秸秆含水量40%上下，每吨补水400公斤左右，秸秆含水量20%上下(黄贮)，每吨补水1000公斤左右。(黄贮1吨麦杆、稻杆：食盐10公斤，补水1300公斤；黄贮1吨玉米秸：食盐7公斤，补水900公斤)
4、装窖
(1)分层计算：按每层厚度30厘米计算一窖分几层，再预测每层秸秆重量，由此分配每层所需菌液数量。(每层秸秆重量＝干秸秆比重×窖内面积×每层压实的厚度。玉米秸秆比重：110公斤/立方米，麦秸秆比重：100公斤/立方米)
(2)分层装窖：装铡碎的秸秆按每层30厘米的厚度进行装窖。如果黄贮秸秆，那么在每层上面加入该层秸秆重量0.5%的玉米面或麸皮粉。秸秆长度2－5厘米。
(3)分层喷洒菌液：小窖用喷壶瓢洒，大窖用小水泵喷洒。
(4)分层压实：规模小人工踩实，规模大用拖拉机轧实。
5、封窖、发酵
装到高出窖平口0.4－0.5米为止。窖顶呈馒头形，并在最上面按250克/平方米均匀地撒一层细食盐，然后用塑料膜密封，上面可加保温措施。在常温下7－10天即可开窖使用。(冬天发酵时间可延长)
四、质量鉴定
颜色：品质良好的青贮、黄贮其颜色基本接近青贮、黄贮前原料的颜色；中等质量的青贮、黄贮其颜色呈褐色、暗绿色；品质低劣的青贮、黄贮其颜色呈黑色、暗色、墨绿色。
气味：品质良好的青贮、黄贮具有明显的酸香味、醇香味、果香味，给人以非常舒服的感觉；品质中等的青贮、黄贮酸香味不明显，具有特别强烈的醋酸味；品质低劣的青贮、黄贮具有强烈的腐臭味。
手感：品质良好的青贮、黄贮压得很实，但拿在手里却很松散，质地柔软而湿润；品质不好的青贮、黄贮粘在一团，象烂泥一样，或者质地松散而干燥、粗硬，物理性状改变很少。
五、取料
1、取料时从上到下、从头(外)至里层逐段取用。
2、取料完毕一定要把窖口密封严实。
六、饲喂
1、发酵秸秆饲料不是全营养饲料，饲喂时不能全部用秸秆发酵饲料，应加入其他的提供营养的精饲料，根据不同的动物，不同的生长阶段，秸秆发酵饲料的添加饲喂量见下表(仅供参考)：

2、每次投喂饲料时，要求槽内清洁，冬季使用秸秆生物饲料应少给勤添，也可以与干饲草混合饲喂，以防寒冷冻洁。
3、质量差的青贮、黄贮不能饲喂。
4、配制日粮时应扣除秸秆饲料中的含盐量。
5、在饲喂青贮、黄贮料时要经常补添饮用水。
七、储运
本品应储存在阴凉、干燥、通风、避光处、避免和有毒物品一起储运。
