一、评课程序要合理
教研组要有目的、有计划、有组织地开展评课活动，评课活动一般先由执教者自评，然后由富有经验的教师、教研组（备课组）长、教研员或专家主评，再由听课者（教师、学生、家长等）评议。执教者自评时应先从教学思想这一角度出发，说明教学活动的设计流程，以及教学思想在课堂教学中的实施过程，再从教学内容处理的角度，在课后说明授课过程中内容及知识体系把握的准确程度、教学重点是否突出、教学难点是否突破、内容定量是否妥当等。

评课教师要把被评的课与新的教育观念下的数学课程标准要求的教学特点联系起来，从听好课，记好听课时的第一手资料入手，思考评课时应点评的内容，从教的角度去看待主导者的优势、特色、风格，以及需要改进的地方和需要商讨的问题；更应从学的角度去看待主体作用发挥程度、学习的效果和学生的可持续学习情况、学生思维的活跃性、活动的创造性等。因此，听课时做的记录就要讲究了，一般有两种形式：实录型和选择型。前者如实地记录课堂教学的全过程，听者记得多、想得就少，所以不可取；后者是根据听课者的需要，选择某个侧面或某些问题，如授课人的特色、方法的运用、存在的问题等。这样有利于评课时，依据上课教师探讨的目的和课型，根据听课的目的和要解决的主要问题，抓住课堂教学中存在的主要问题进行评论。评课者评教学流程，一是要看教学流程设计符不符合教学内容实际，符不符合学生实际；二是要看教学流程的设计是不是有一定的独创性，能否给学生以新鲜的感受；三是看教学流程的脉络是不是清晰；四是看教师在课堂上教学流程实际运作的效果。重点要对教学思想、教材处理、教法运用、学法指导、教学过程、教学效果等环节进行有针对性的评价。主要看教与学的方法是否统一，教学方法是否多样化。评价时我们不仅要看常规教学，更要看教学方法的改革与创新是否落到了实处。
三、采用以生为本的科学评价标准
一评老师是否有学生意识。在一节公开课上，我看到这样一个细节。老师让学生登台参与活动，学生一不小心把投影屏幕碰落下来，学生吓得手足无措，怯生生地等候老师“发落”。老师也呆住了，继而很不耐烦地挥挥手：“下去！下去！”学生灰溜溜地下去了。也许凭一个细节就否定一个老师有失公允，但一个心中装着学生的老师，必定会呵护学生的心灵，关注学生的学习需要、兴趣培养、情感体验、人格养成，这些会通过课堂上的诸多细节展现出来，只要是有心人就一定会体会得到。
二评学生权利的行使。课堂上，每一个学生都有学习、思考、表达、质疑、提高的权利。学生是否能独立思考，不在于形式上是动还是静。学生能否平等地参与课堂学习并受到平等对待，不至于让课堂成为某几个学生唱主角的舞台，这是衡量老师学生本位意识的重要一环。学生的个性化理解能否有机会表达，老师是否千方百计把学生往唯一的答案上引，老师能否从一些闪现的火花中捕捉到教学灵感，能体现一个教师的教学理念与教学机智。
三评学生的收获。一堂成功的课，最终要看学生的所思、所感、所得。我们不妨尝试让学生说说，相信他们的评价更有说服力。总之，评课应该是过滤网，过滤掉作秀、表演的成分，留下供人思考、借鉴的东西。
科学评课能最大限度地调动教师的教学积极性和主动性，帮助和指导其不断总结教学经验，改进教学方法，转变教育观念，提高教学水平，促使教师生动活泼地进行教学，不断提高教学质量。从这个意义上讲，课堂评价会直接影响新课程改革的进程。只有客观、公正、全面地评课，才能保护教师的课改积极性和主动性，才能更好地为教学服务，才能正确地引导新课改走向深入。
总之，评课是一种说服的艺术。说服是一种技巧，是一种智慧。有效评课就是善于说服别人，而善于说服别人的关键在于知道“为什么要评课”，熟悉“怎样评好课”，吃透“评议的内容是什么”，做到心中有数，目中有人，动之以情，晓之以理，以理服人，令人心悦诚服。一句话，评课得就课论课，实事求是；评课得恰如其分，一针见血；评课得字字珠玑，点到为止，真正成为广大执教者进步的“阶梯”，听课者学习、切磋的“平台”，学生有效学习的“催化剂”，学校提高初中数学教学质量的“实验田”。
