1、抗生素
局部使用是最有效的途径。
（1）高浓度的抗生素眼液：急性期频繁滴眼，每15－30min一次；严重病例，在开始的30min，每5min滴药一次。
（2）浸泡抗生素的胶原盾或药液中添加赋形剂，可延长药物接触时间。
（3）结膜下注射：可提高角膜和前房的药物浓度，但强化的抗生素滴眼液频繁滴眼，具有同样效果。
（4）抗生素眼膏：夜间使用。治疗过程中可根据药物敏感实验，调整使用有效抗生素。病情控制后，需维持用药一段时间，防止复发。
（5）如果有巩膜化脓、溃疡穿孔、睑内或全身播散的可能，或继发于角膜或巩膜穿通伤，或无法给予理想的局部用药，应同时全身应用抗生素。
2、1%阿托品眼液或眼膏
并发虹膜睫状体炎奕给予散瞳。
3、其他药物
局部使用胶原酶抑制剂，如依地酸钠、半胱胺酸等，可减轻角膜溃疡发展。口服大量维生素C、维生素B有助于溃疡愈合。
4、治疗性角膜移植
药物治疗无效、病情急剧发展，可能或已经穿孔，眼内容物脱出可考虑施行。
