原本，美国政府也想这么整朝鲜的，只可惜，两次经济危机，美国的华尔街把韩国人给盘剥得是苦不堪言，所以，韩国必须永久性的高度依赖于美国的军力保护，韩国人才有可能忍气吞声！所以，美国政府直接就对朝鲜使出了第二招：用经济制裁，把你搞穷，然后迫使你去害邻国--韩国，然后韩国在你朝鲜人终日无休的暴跳如雷下，自然而然就会对美国唯命是从了

其实，美国政府当年之所以允许中国大陆改革开放，原本是想用第一招，来害中国人的，无奈，美帝的第一招虽然在港台、乃至于全世界所有国家的身上，屡试不爽，却唯独在中国大陆身上，没有奏效，尽管，中国大陆的贫富分化早已天差地别，可是中国大陆的阶级争斗的烈度，却远低于港台，美帝是大失所望，正因为如此，美帝才不远万里，跑来中国的周边，来“亚洲再平衡”的！
