看着近处的书本抬头看黑板就模糊，过一会儿才能看得清确实说明了你的调节迟缓，你可以没事的时候就像这样（先看五米外的字，比如黑板上的字，看清以后，再看30厘米处的字，比如书本上的小字，看清以后再看黑板上的字，依次轮回。先训练不好的眼一段时间，感觉比以前好了，再两眼一起训练。双眼达到≥25次/分钟为正常值）这是最便宜最方便的训练了，临床上也有这样训练的。

还有就是买一个翻转镜（flippers镜），要正负250度的，（这个度数看不清，就换正负200度的）好的几百元，便宜的几十块钱，在你看书的位置，找最小的你能看清的字，越小越好（你也可以买阅读卡各种大小型号的子都有），翻转镜子，看那一面是放大的就是+250度，缩小的就是—250度，先看放大的，看清后再翻到另一面看缩小的，看清后再反过来看放大的一面，再看清，再反过来，反复轮回。先训练不好的眼，在一起训练双眼，单眼8个周期每分钟，双眼12个周期每分钟为正常值。

时间长了慢慢的调节就好了。 一定要戴眼镜训练。

选一安静场所，或坐或站或躺，全身放松，清除杂念，二目睁开，头颈不动，独转眼球。
先将眼睛凝视正下方，缓慢转至左方，再转至凝视正上方，至右方，最后回到 凝视正下方，
这样，先顺时针转9圈。再让眼睛由凝视下方，转至右方，至上方，至左方，再回到下方，

这样，再逆时针方向转6圈。总共做4次。每次转动，眼球 都应尽可能地达到极限。
这种转眼法可以锻炼眼肌，改善营养，使眼灵活自如，炯炯有神。

真性近视也能恢复吗？
答：能恢复，看近视性质，指数近视及曲率性近视不能恢复，非可塑性轴性近视不能康复，真性近视眼是视轴变长了，有些能缩短，有些不能变短，也有些真性近视不是视轴延长，而是眼视功能出了问题。因此要看真性近视眼的性质，每个近视者都不能放弃康复近视的机会，特别是未成年的孩子，年龄越小，眼球的可朔性越大，恢复原正常视力的希望也越大。

医生给你的药水是托吡卡胺吧？
就用这个药水了，但这药水要晚上睡前用，白天用的话，调节就没有了，呵呵
这药水作用时间大致6小时，睡前用，充分放松睫状肌，睡醒后恢复调节作用，这样，既可以让痉挛的睫状肌放松，又不影响工作学习

最好睡前隔4至5分钟滴一次，共三分

每晚滴托品酰胺一次，连用7天，如视力无明显提高，说明不是假近视，就不要滴药了，长期滴散瞳药（睫状肌麻痹剂），会造成眼内睫状肌调节力减弱，没有作用就不要滴药了。
