看形势应该是想找女朋友，我以前在学校读书的时候也很愿意和外教交流，因为可以提高口语嘛！但是女生要注意保护自己，吃饭交流什么的最好在白天进行，避开晚上时间。既然你也说了，你的目的就是练习口语，还不想放弃，那就姑且试试看吧！但是据我所知，留学生（特别是黑人）做朋友可以，做男朋友实在是没必要，第一很难有结果，因为文化差异，即使你可以和他很流利的交流了，但是你们之间的背景文化不同，也注定了大家很难最后走到一起。那个黑人说要让你朋友去看看他家，还是别去了，看啥看，估计到时候趁机会就有可能拐上床了。第二即使两个人在一起了，他留学几年以后滚回非洲了，女孩怎么办？到时候可是身心的伤害啊！Anyway, 练习口语有很多种，可以自己对自己大声说话，对着镜子练习等等。不一定非要找外教，但是如果真的要找，请保护好自己，爱惜自己！我在国内读的英语专业，后来在国外呆了7年，这种老外找中国妞，然后始乱终弃的事情看的太多太多了！希望能帮到你！
