预激综合征可以“引起室上性心动过速”，平时多注意。根据你的病史，你的作息和你的这个心律失常是有关系的，但是具体的是什么，还需进一步诊断。对于这个心率失常大多数一般都无需治疗，但对并发症肯定要给抗心律失常药治疗，如果没有并发症我们一般都不采取治疗。如果你感觉心脏有不适的跳动的话建议用药物控制，如果没有，也没有什么不适的话，也没有其他问题存在，也不需治疗。目前还是要针对你的病因治疗，最重要的。如果没有的话可以不用太在意、（但也可以见于一些先天性心脏病，不用担心，做一个具体检查以排除下，不用太在意这个问题，一般临床很少见先天性心脏病的哈，不要给自己压力，也不要看到这个就担心。书上也没提到过，我的老师给我说起过的，心态很重要的、）
最后，建议你在心血管内科医师的指导下用药，预防“室上心动过速”和其他并发症。平时多注意休息、锻炼。以后再去做一个心电图看看。
