理想的实现需要持之以恒的实干。成功不能一蹴而就，通向成功的道路漫长而艰辛，三分钟的热情敲不开成功的大门，我们不能浅尝辄止，而要持之以恒。春秋时期，越王勾践发誓报仇雪耻，他忍辱负重，三年休养生息，三年平复国力，三年统一江南，经过十年坚苦卓绝的持之以恒的努力，终于创造了“三千越甲可吞吴”的奇迹。
理想的实现须有宁静致远的心境。大千世界，诱惑很多，“非淡薄无以明志，非宁静无以致。范文澜凭借”板凳要坐十年冷“的精神，忍受寂寞，潜心治学，成为著名的历史学家。诸葛亮躬耕南阳，潜心修炼，赢得刘备三顾茅庐，隆中一对而定天下大计，大展才华终成千古一相。
人生不能没有远大的理想，这是社会进步的动力。要将远大的理想变为现实，需要靠脚踏实地的努力、持之以恒的奋斗和宁静致远的心境。
