计算：
12千瓦需要3x70平方的三芯铜电缆和200A空开。
由功率公式P=1.732UIcosφ 有I=P/(1.732Ucosφ)，所以电流可如下计算：
I=100/(1.732x0.38x0.85)=178A(用三相市电计算，功率因数取0.85)
由于电流值较大，建议选铜线，空开选200A。下表是铝线截面和其安全载流量的对照表，故先把铜线对应的电流值178A转换为铝线的对应电流值。铝线的电流值为铜线的(1/1.29)倍，即178/1.29=138A。由表可查得：电缆可选3x70平方三芯铜电缆。
12KW的功率，按每千瓦4.5A计算约55A,16平方铝线按每平方4.5A计算几乎在满载的载流量范围，最好加一级。电表40A小了建议用60A，造成跳闸铝线也空开接线口的铜件有问题，铜铝接触会发热应该加铜铝鼻子。125A空开太大,大约可以负载25KW。
12kw的用电功率，对应电流约55A，电表40A，肯定有问题，125A的单相空开，带24KW是没问题的。16平方的铝导线，如果是双芯的有点小了，最好换成铜芯的。用电量在12KW左右，是一个不太确定的数据，放一些余量的话，最好选80A的开关
