leave me alone, 并不是你认为的动词后面加了形容词。It sounds interestint. 这里才是形容词。因为sound 是系动词。后边是要加形容词作表语的。look， taste， smell， feel， sound是五个感官系动词，后边都是跟形容词的。
而leave me alone 中me是宾语，alone是宾语补足语。keep the room clean。这样的都是可以这样使用。句型是主语+谓语+宾语+宾补。

keep sth... keep the room clean and tidy
