从外面购买工业硫酸铜水,再利用铁与其发生化学反应,将里面的铜置换出来。蔡某就用这样的土方法,开始了自己的“致富之路”。“在置换的过程中,会闻到一股酸味,水面会有一层水雾。”蔡某这样描述炼铜的过程。提炼后产生的废水,没经任何无害化处理就直接排放到外面。据统计,从2008年6月开始,直至今年2月被取缔,蔡某总共购进1000多吨硫酸铜水。经检测,该硫酸铜厂的土壤中铜含量为465.145-10140.913mg/kg,严重超过《土壤环境质量标准》(GB15618-1995)土壤控制三级标准≤400mg/kg的0.16至24.35倍。铜严重超标,已对土壤环境造成严重污染。
