一、意思不同
1、field：田，地。
2、court：球场。

二、用法不同
1、field：field的基本含义是“场地”，可指农业用地、矿物产地，也可指其他用作某种用途的场地，或场所如运动场、战场等，引申可表示“领域”“方面”“界”。既可用作可数名词，也可用作不可数名词。
2、court：court通常指周围有围墙的专用球场。court的基本意思是“庭院，院子”，指用栅栏等东西围起来的地方，也可指三面有建筑物的“小街道”，此时通常用大写作为名字的一部分。
