题目一：融雪剂对城市园林植被的不利影响
每年的冬天，北京都要下几场雪，而每次刚一下雪，大街小巷的路面上就洒满了融雪剂，目的是让雪尽快融化，以免影响交通。但人们发现，融雪剂终究是一种化学试剂，会对城市生态环境尤其是城市园林植被产生很多不利影响。(来源：58同城-自我评价)
由于融雪剂使用较多，容易形成氯、纳等盐离子在土壤表层聚集。融化后的雪水一旦渗入到土壤中，将会把大量的可溶性盐离子带到植物根系周围，从而导致园林植物浅层的根系死亡。融雪剂的“盐害”导致植物毛细根系的死亡，是造成园林植物枯萎死亡的重要原因。
在一定程度上，恶劣的土壤条件影响园林植物的正常生长，降低了园林植物的生长势和抵抗力，相应地也降低了园林植物对融雪剂的耐害性。在恶劣的土壤环境条件下，融雪剂的危害作用会被加大，即使含有很低的融雪剂含量，也可能会使园林植物枯萎死亡。
据北京市园林局统计，2005年北京城区范围内，共有1万余株行道树、100多万株绿篱和色块等灌木、近20万平方米草坪等相继枯死，直接经济损失在3000万元以上。而融雪剂的过量使用造成土壤高度盐化，正是导致上述园林植物死亡的直接原因。 有关专家建议，对实在需要撒融雪剂的路面，要先扫除掉大部分积雪，然后撒少量融雪剂来防止道路冻结。严格监控氯盐融雪剂的使用情况，建议多使用环保型融雪剂，逐渐淘汰常规氯盐型融雪剂。在使用融雪剂时，严格控制单位面积使用量，加大喷洒车与道路绿化植物之间的距离，尽量避免把融雪剂直接撒入绿化池中或树坑内。
题目二：鸡精的主要成分是味精和盐
大部分鸡精的包装上都形象地画着一只肥鸡，或者写着“用上等鸡肉制成”、“真正上等鸡肉制成”。其实，鸡精并不像我们想像的那样，主要是由鸡肉、鸡骨或其浓缩提取物做成的天然调味品，它的主要成分就是味精(谷氨酸钠)和盐。其中，味精占到总成分的40%左右，盐占到10%以上。另外还有糖、鸡肉或鸡骨粉、香辛料、肌苷酸、鸟苷酸、鸡味香精、淀粉等物质复合而成。
从卫生角度讲，鸡精对人体是无毒无害的，鸡精可以用于任何味精的使用场合，适量加入到菜肴、汤、面食中，均有较好的增鲜作用，尤其是在汤中火锅中加入鸡精熬制，其香气、滋味相互适应，令人食欲大开。
鸡精的味道之所以很鲜，主要还是其中味精的作用。另外，肌苷酸、鸟苷酸都是助鲜剂，也具有调味的功效，而且它们和谷氨酸钠结合，能让鸡精的鲜味更柔和，口感更圆润、丰满，且香味更浓郁。
鸡精和味精一样，在食物中只是作为增鲜和调味目的。据调查，市场上不同品牌的鸡精之间，蛋白质含量并不一样，这主要与它们的鸡肉粉或鸡骨粉含量有关，甚至有的产品号称“鸡精”，但却并不含有鸡的成分。 此外，由于鸡精本身含有约百分之十几的盐分，所以炒菜和做汤时如果用了鸡精，用盐量一定要减少。鸡精里还含有核苷酸，核苷酸的代谢产物就是尿酸，痛风患者应该少吃。
题目三：电脑使用不当可致“鼠标手”
如今，越来越多的人每天长时间的接触、使用电脑，这些上网族每天重复着在键盘上打字和移动鼠标的动作，手腕关节因长期密集、反复和过度的活动，导致腕部肌肉或关节麻痹、肿胀、疼痛、痉挛，使这种病症迅速成为一种日渐普遍的现代文明病。有人将这种不同于传统手部损伤的症状群称为“鼠标手”。除了上述手指手部的症状，还包括肩部甚至颈部的不适，手腕和前臂的疲劳酸涨，手腕的僵硬，手掌的酸涩。
那么，我们怎样做才能不得鼠标手呢？ 1.键盘应放置在身体正前方中央位置，避免把键盘斜摆在一边，以与肘持平高度靠近键盘或使用鼠标，可以预防腕管受到过度牵拉；最好选用弧度较大、接触面较宽、有助于力分散的鼠标；
2.手腕尽可能平放姿势操作键盘，既不弯曲又不下垂； 打字时要正对着键盘，否则容易引起手腕过度紧绷；
3.肘部工作角度应大于90度，以避免肘内正中神经受压；
4.前臂和肘部应尽量贴近身体，并尽可能放松，以免使用鼠标时身体向前倾；
5.确保使用鼠标时手腕伸直，手臂不要悬空，移动鼠标时尽量使用臂力，避免使用腕力。坐姿挺直并最好使用背垫，应坐硬椅后背紧靠椅背，双脚应平放地面或脚垫上；
6.显示屏放置在身体前面的高度以不使头部上下移动为宜，当坐正之后，双眼应与屏幕处于平行直线上，确保显示屏的亮度适中；
7.操作鼠标30分钟，即应该休息片刻。工作期间经常伸展和松弛操作手，可缓慢弯曲手腕，每小时反复做10秒钟；也可每小时持续做10秒钟的握拳活动；
8.坐时要注意挺胸，不要含胸驼背，背部最好紧靠在椅背上。双腿不要交叉或跷二郎腿，以免使血液循环受阻，影响局部血液供应；
9.使用快捷键等小技巧，左右手替换着使用鼠标，使用灵活轻快的鼠标。
