你原来是不是装过tamcat，原来的tamcat服务还存在；

你打开cmd，执行sc delete tomcat，应该就可以了
如果还不可以，还有可能就是你的端口号被占用了，你查一下80和8080端口是不是被占用了，
如果占用的话，把占用端口的进程服务关了就可以了

之前是不是用过tomcat安装版的，然后没卸载干净？
右键我的电脑 管理 服务 看看有没有tomcat服务项
如果有：
开始 - 运行 - cmd 在DOS命令行中输入：sc delete tomcat服务项名字

你是不是启动tomcatw.ext报这个错?
这是说你要先将tomcat的服务安装到系统中才能启动
方法: dos进入tomcat的bin目录,执行
service.bat install

tomcat没有卸干净，卸载干净， 要卸载干净后重新安装
Alt+R ，services.msc
sc delete Tomcat7 命令
