足球界　　 伍尔弗汉普顿流浪足球会的支持者常常用伦敦桥要倒了的旋律作为他们的 Sandwell Town are going down 一曲的基底，这首歌提到关于他们的当地对手西布朗足球会的降级（relegation），这在2003年的英格兰超级足球联赛和2006年都有发生过。 英国的足球流氓以在比赛时唱这首童谣嘲弄警察而闻名，歌词如：“Harry Roberts he's our friend, he's our friend, he's our friend.
