我个人认为健康的生活习惯是。一要养成早睡早起。好习惯。坚持锻炼身体。保持心态平和。二要,注意饮食健康。少吃油腻的食物。多吃蔬菜水果,坚果。少在外面吃快餐。一般快餐的食物用的食材都不是挺。放心。特别是食物油。一般的快餐店都是用。100多块钱可以买四五十斤的。菜籽油。可想而知这样的食物。是否健康就可以打一个问号了。

我认为健康的生活习惯是一是坚持健康饮食。二早睡早起,多锻炼身体,每天跑跑步,多吃水果、蔬菜和坚果,心胸开阔,心情平和,经常深呼吸;饮食规律,睡眠充足,少看点手机。

有关错误的行为会导致健康风险的信息时,我们更可能选择视而不见,而不是立刻去改变自己的行为。给自己一个改变的动力。将目标详细规划到时间、地点以及方法后,人们更容易将行动的意愿转化为具体的行动。挑一些自己喜欢做的事情,然后只在我们运动或者培养其他好习惯时做。

工作生活张弛有度有规律

健康的生活习惯是:

既能管得住嘴,也能管得住腿,还能管得住眼睛。

管得住嘴:不多吃,不乱吃。

不多吃:只吃八成饱,

不乱吃:健康原因忌口的东西不吃,譬如:糖尿病不能吃糖,尿酸高不能吃海产品等。

管得住腿:以步代车,不偷懒,运动不超负荷。

管得住眼:该睡则睡,该吃则吃,不迷恋手机。
