enough 是说as many or as much of something，是用于复数名词或者不可数名词前面，eg,enough nouns,eough time.用作副词讲的话，后面只能跟形容词，动词，和副词了,engough for sb/sth,to do sth, for doing sth.

sufficient 是adj,它和enough表示的程度都差不多，只是词性，用法不一样而已。

adequate,也是adj,它的意思和sufficient一样，不过它特别指数量和质量的足够。

这几个词，没有说哪个表示多点，哪个表示少点的，只是词性不一样，并且用法也不一样。不同的地方视句子的结构，是否合乎语法来使用。sufficient和adequate通常情况是可以互换使用的，只是adequate专指quantity,quality.
