1. When conflicts arise with friends, how do I solve them?2. I must admit that I rarely have disputes with my friends. When a problem does occur, I usually wait for a response. If there is no reply or the issue is not addressed, I take it upon myself to clarify the matter. In the absence of any explanation, I tend to take immediate action, cutting off ties.
3. However, such situations are rare in my interpersonal relationships. I dislike people who are impolite and verbally abusive without cause. Typically, I choose to ignore such behavior and distance myself from the individual. I prefer gentle-natured individuals, which includes my friends, and I can say there is no one with a volatile temper among us.
4. Generally speaking, my friends and I have mild tempers, and we almost never argue. Disagreements may arise occasionally, but they are usually a result of my friends provoking me rather than any inherent quarrelsome nature in myself. We address issues directly and move on once they are resolved.
5. In dealing with crises, my usual approach is to address the problem immediately, provided it can be solved in the first place, rather than waiting until the other person is emotionally drained.
6. I generally avoid directly blaming others or using sharp words that might hurt their feelings, making my friends uncomfortable. I strive to maintain a harmonious atmosphere and would rather vent my frustrations to someone else. Once I've vented, I often forget about it. The next day, I'm back to my usual self.
7. In essence, everyone has flaws, and it's about whether those flaws are within the acceptable range for each individual. Therefore, it's important to learn to be accommodating and forgiving.
8. I must add that I'm rather carefree and don't take it personally if my friends don't contact me for three or six months, or if they don't call once a month. It's not as if they're my boyfriend. I don't overthink things; I simply accept their explanation that they're busy. When they say they need to hang up because they're busy, I comply without giving it a second thought. In terms of making friends, I'm quite proactive, so long as I know there is some form of return on my investment, I'm not overly concerned with other details.
