血管瘤的发病原因不是十分明确，大致有如下因素：
①遗传因素；②环境因素；③药物因素；④外伤因素等，上述各种因素导致胚胎3个月内血管网异常扩张、增生形成血管瘤，我院与北京大学分子研究所正在共同探究血管瘤的具体发病原因。
目前治疗血管瘤建议采用微创介导的治疗的，就是在高频彩超定位下采用导管纳米针直接作用与瘤体让瘤体慢慢机化、萎缩、消失的。治疗没有痛苦性的也没有创伤性的治愈后不复发的。
血管瘤是建议早发现早治疗的，因为血管瘤最大的并发症就是很容易出血的出血后很容易导致感染的。
建议一定要慎重！！
血管瘤的形成原因是相对比较复杂的，直接发病的病理原因是血管发生了异常，而可能导致血管异常的原因有多种，具体如下：
1、先天性原因。婴儿一出生就有血管瘤症状，多数都是在母体内就已经存在病变的基因了。虽然血管瘤没有遗传性，但是父母如果有血管瘤，孩子患上血管瘤的几率要明显高出许多。
2、后天性原因。与激素有很大关系，也有可能是在母体内受到了外在刺激。
3、外在原因。血管瘤的发生也有可能与外在环境。饮食习惯有关。
不管是什么原因产生的血管瘤，当出现血管瘤症状后，要及时到院检查治疗，以免病情越来越严重，影响形象，及正常的生活。
