在centos7上的python包版本应该是python2.7。
找不到这个包可能有以下两个问题，
1。virtualbox版本过旧，依赖旧的python2.6的包。安装最新的vitrualbox来解决。
2。系统中没有安装python-devel包。通过yum install python-devel -y进行安装。
