不好，戴眼罩睡觉会使眼压过大，眼睛得不到休息。长期戴着睡觉，会疲劳过度，使眼部肌肉老化，皱纹更多。早上睁开眼睛时碰到眼罩有细菌，而且不是自然睁开，眼睛会怕光，不好！

挺好用的 带着眼罩睡觉入睡很快 中午休息时间段的话 带个眼罩很合适 很快就睡着了 能睡时间长一点
