江苏省大丰市第八中学 仓学斌 224100 在新课程改革的背景下，我们班主任老师德育工作的主渠道的班会课如何改革，才能实现“以人为本”的价值目标，才能更好发挥学生的主体作用呢？通过多年来的教育实践，我觉得想让主题班会课“别具特色”，应该突出以下几个特征：一、 主题班会突出学生为主体 我们平常的主题班会，总是要求学生们的学习须经过自主、合作与探究，进而能促进每个学生的全面发展。学生在参与班级管理的过程中，学会思考、探索、提高解决问题的能力。所以每逢班会的时候，不管是班级活动都要求全体参与。绝大部分班会让学生们自己提出话题、自己组织、自己主持，进行相应的“擂台赛”，并展开评比。彻底改变以往的误区——开班会是班主任的事情，和自己无关！这样长期以往三年下来，我们的班会尊重了每一个学生的独特个性，为每个学生的充分发展创造了空间。 二、主体班会注重形式的多样1.常规班会 常规班会通常由班主任主持，会上由班主任向全班同学“回顾过去，分析现在，展望未来”，并以此来培养团队协作的精神，督促和鞭策学生学习不断取得进步。当然啦，起初的常规班会我让班干来主持，一段时间后让大家来“发现问题、分析问题和解决问题”。从而促使所有的学生来“齐抓共管”，“班荣我荣，班耻我耻”！2.主题班会 主题班会是围绕一定事例，选准学生共同关注的主题，通过讨论、讲演、辩证等生动活泼的形式来展开的一种班会形式。主题班会能充分发挥教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用，根据内容的需要大致分成以下几种：1）互动式班会 曾记得几年前，我班有个韦青青学生，因病休学了一年后再复读。再加上她家中经济困难，她就边治疗，边打工，康复后再来复读。刚进班时学习比较费劲，可是经过努力后，功课突飞猛进。这不，班上同学都对她的经历产生了兴趣。我就藉此机会，让她讲她是如何认识到学习机会的来之不易，在讲到打工的艰辛时，她耐不住哭了，全班同学也都被她的情绪感染了，班会课取得了非常好的效果。2）文艺型班会 文艺型班会旨在丰富学生的课余生活，寓教于乐，并要求调动班内那些没有文艺特长的学生，班主任要帮助他们找到合适角色，决不能让任何一个同学失去参与活动的机会。因此，我们一般安排一学期一次，通常文艺型班会也可以和学校的文艺活动相结合，从而达到“双赢”的教育效果。3）竞赛式班会 针对学生的好胜心而开展的以知识、能力为竞争内容，通过竞赛让学生明辨是非，巩固对知识的掌握，提高学生对知识学习的兴趣，努力提高学生们的各科文化成绩。4）网络型班会 网络型班会是利用网络的平等性、开放性和互动性的特点，寓教育于网络，所以选取的主题一定要适合讨论，让学生有话可说。其实，我们也可以将一些便于展开讨论的话题设计成几节班会，或者把适合讨论交流的部分放到网络平台上召开，其他问题在班级里进行，以此来放大的班会课堂的效益。三、 注重主题班会与科任教师的合作 教育阵地，应该是各科任老师齐抓共管，构建教育立体网络，形成最大合力。有时科任老师教育得当，甚至能起到班主任所不能取得的教育效果，学生会觉得科任所说的话可信度更高，就会用心感悟你的一言一行。要知道，解除心理戒备是打开被教育者心扉，进行心理工作的第一步。当学生对你的良苦用心与有益教诲有了感激之情后，他们很快就会认同我们教师的教育。 四、主题班会必须因时制宜 如今，学生的思想复杂而又多变，新问题层出不穷。我们完全可以化整为零，以天为单位，力求做到“今日事，今日毕”。假设你没及时纠正学生的错误，学生自然而然地产生第二个、第三个同类错误。最重要的一点，我们平常要坚持把德育渗透于每一节教学课堂，每一次实践活动。增加了德育工作的可操作性、实效性。做到思想政治教育工作时时有、处处有，在潜移默化中给学生一种思想工作实实在在地存在于生活每一处的感觉。 五、主题班会还得因地制宜 主题班会，可以选择更合适的环境，以达到更好的效果。所以地点不一定局限在教室中，如文艺性主题班会，就可以选择多功能室，在较好的音响设备的配合下，达到最好的效果。当然条件不具备的情况下，也可以在教室中，最好能根据主题装饰教室。如辩论会式的主题班会，可以调整课桌位置，形成正反双方对峙的状态。 综上所述， 在教育改革的今天，在社会日新月异，新问题、新思想层出不穷的时期，德育工作更具复杂性、多变性，已不是“老式”班会课所能“胜任”的。教师应该更新教育理念，提高认识，解放思想，与时俱进，对我们中学班会课进行一次彻底的变革，以发挥德育教育主渠道的重要作用。绛旓細涓婚鐝細鏍稿績绱犲吇鐩爣鎸夌収浠ヤ笅鏂瑰紡鍐欙細1銆佹暀瀛﹁璁″彉闈╃殑鑳屾櫙锛屼紶缁熸暀瀛︿互瀛︾鐭ヨ瘑缁撴瀯涓轰腑蹇冿紝绐佸嚭鏁欏笀鐨勬暀锛屽叧娉ㄦ暀瀛︽晥鏋溿鏂拌鏀浠ユ潵锛岃鍫備互鐭ヨ瘑锛岃兘鍔涳紝鎯呮劅銆佹佸害涓庝环鍊艰涓夌淮鐩爣涓烘寚瀵硷紝娉ㄩ噸鐢熺墿瀛︾绱犲吇鐨勫煿鍏伙紝鍏虫敞鐭ヨ瘑鐨勭敓鎴愪互鍙婃帰绌躲佸悎浣溿佸垱鏂扮瓑鎬濇兂鐨勬笚閫忥紝璇惧爞鏁欏鐨勭敓鎬佸ぇ涓烘敼鍠勩2銆佹暀瀛﹁璁...
