宾语从句很多的时候都省略了引导词that，但是在有些情况下是不可以省略的。例如，在有些介词后面。把宾语从句提到句首也不能省。在宾语从句前面有一个插入语的时候。也不能够省略。
宾语从句用that来引导时候，就是陈述句变来的宾语从句，也就是说把陈述句变成宾语从句的时候，需要用that来引导，在口语当中that可以省去的。
加that是因为前面有逗号或者分开了，不加是因为宾语从句中that可以省略
