健康不只是身体的健康，心理健康同样很重要。心理健康是现代人的健康不可分割的重要方面。
那么，什么是心理健康？
——个体能够适应发展着的环境,具有完善的个性特征;且其认知,情绪反应，意志行为处于积极状态，并能保持正常的调控能力。 生活实践中，能够正确认识自我，自觉控制自己，正确对待外界影响，使心理保持平衡协调，就已具备了心理健康的基本特征。
现在人们对心理健康的标准是这样定义的：
一、具有充分的适应力；
二、能充分地了解自己，并对自己的能力做出适度的评价；
三、生活的目标切合实际；
四、不脱离现实环境；
五、能保持人格的完整与和谐；
六、善于从经验中学习；
七、能保持良好的人际关系；
八、能适度地发泄情绪和控制情绪；
九、在不违背集体利益的前提下，能有限度地发挥个性；
十、在不违背社会规范的前提下，能恰当地满足个人的基本需求；
一个心理健康的人，行为协调统一，其行为受意识的支配，思想与行为是统一协调的，并有自我控制能力。如果一个人的行为与思想相互矛盾，注意力不集中，思想混乱，语言支离破碎，做事杂乱无章，就应该进行心理调节。
做一个心理健康的人，要自信。玫瑰就是玫瑰，莲花就是莲花，只要去看，不要比较。一味的比较最容易动摇我们的心态，改变我们的初衷，而比较的结果，使人不是自卑，就是自傲，总之是流于平庸。一个人一旦没有了自信，就会脱离正常的生活轨道。
做一个心理健康的人，会欣赏。人生不必苛求完美，只要你拥有一个轻松自我的微笑，只要你拥有一份向上进取的心境，只要你满意于自己的踏实努力，便能够好好地欣赏到别人，别人也能欣赏你。
做一个心理健康的人，要安心。围棋多占一格就胜，缺一格就败。胜败是根据一定的条件决定的。如果沉湎于胜败之词，则必然形成各种精神上的苦恼。“围棋的对手，恨之入骨，却又爱不释手”。我们很想一格不漏地获胜，这就是人生的努力。努力乃是我们人生的本来面目。如果放弃了胜败和努力，这时的人生则一无所有。安心并我们的目的，安心而努力才是目的。不肯枉自沉湎于胜败之词，就是安心。
我们要做一个身体健康的人，更做一个心理健康的人！
心理健康讲座学习感受
随着时代的变革，体制的更新，社会生活节奏的急速加快，人们的心理承受与以往迥然不同，受社会的影响，受成人的影响，中小学生的心理也日趋复杂化。学生中不乏心理扭曲现象者，如大款家庭子女养尊处优而使己唯我独尊，贫困家庭子女自认低贱而令己少言寡语，残缺家庭子女无所依赖而感己恐慌失落，民工家庭子女背井离乡而觉己寄人篱下等等。
鉴于以上诸种问题，给予心理健康的教育和指导，帮助学生提高心理素质，健全人格，增强承受挫折与适应环境能力显得尤为重要。对学生的一些心理问题，传统的思想政治工作往往收效甚微，有时甚至会使学生起到逆反作用，而当教师应用心理学原理帮助学生时，不少心理问题便迎刃而解。良好的心理素质是人的全面素质中的重要组成部分。心理健康教育是提高中小学心理素质的教育，是实施素质教育的重要内容。“以人为本”的素质教育，就要提高全体学生的心理素质，充分开发他们的潜能，培养学生乐观、向上的心理素质，促进学生人格的健全发展。使他具有尽快摆脱障碍，调节自我，提高心理健康水平，增加自我教育的能力。
一、正常的生活是学生心理健康的保证
学习生活要有节奏，要养成良好的学习生活习惯。如按时上学上课，按时就餐，按时参加学校、班级各项活动、按时放学及时回家。小学生要从小养成良好的习惯，在校尊敬老师，友爱同学，助人为乐，热爱学习和劳动，遵守校纪校规，合理安排好学习和休息时间，做到劳逸结合。现代生理学家提倡的“积极的休息”指的就是“饮食有节，起居有常”学习一旦形成了良好的生活方式和习惯，就会有良好的心理状态，就会对其所进行的学习产生兴趣，形成一种自觉性，并把学习看作是一种享爱，就会变“要我学”为“我要学”，从而形成良好循环。反之，会产生“人长大了为什么要读书，做作业多累呀！”的厌学情绪，出现逆向心理现象。
二、健全的人格是学生心理健康的根本
培养小学生健全的人格很重要。学生在校学习生活不可能一帆风顺，在学习征途上会遇到许多意想不到的困难和问题，机遇和竞争并存，成功与失败同在，挫折与困难时时会与奋斗同行。要教育小学生增强学习过程中的自信心和自制能力，树立起与困难作斗争的勇气和坚忍不拔的毅力，具备承受困难和挫折的能力；这就是我们小学生应有的健全的人格。培养健全的人格必须在群体的活动中进行，让学生在群体生活中去享受成功的喜悦，感受集体的力量，经受挫折的磨炼，学习他人对待胜利与失败的坦然态度和沉着应付处理问题的方法，学会受己爱人，尊己尊人，相互帮助，培养群体意识和集体观念，学会生存、做人、处世、善解人意，知己知彼，积极参与各种活动的竞争，勤奋学习，积极进取，从而形成积极向上的健全人格。这样在个人利益和别的个体利益、集体利益发生冲突时，也不至于把个人利益提得至高无上，有一个平衡健康的心理。有了这个平衡健康的心理，就不会去千方百计算计别人和集体，就不会绞尽脑汁地想把别人或集体的利益占为己有。
三、和谐的环境是学生心理健康的关键
学校要为小学生营造一个和谐的学习生活环境。一个好的学习生活环境，是培养小学生心理健康的关键。有了这个美好的学生学习生活环境，才能使小学生感觉到学校的温暖可爱，它会使小学生有种幸福感、安全感、依赖感、自尊感、目光远大感。学校和班级的环境对小学生心理健康有一种潜移默化和渗透感染的力量，最容易为小学生所感知、仿效和接受，成为小学生行为的指南和方向。因此，作为一个班主任老师，我十分重视班风建设，经常举行班会活动，愿把班级建设成一个团结、向上、友爱、创新的班集体，让全班学生人人心理健康。
