塔云山隐没在重重叠叠的山峦里。一天，一声长歌打破了这里的宁静，一位四十多岁中年人，脚蹬草鞋，身穿破衣，他翻过了九九八十一道弯，来到这里。他在苦苦寻觅什么？他要找一个可以栖身之处，此处绝好啊！
万仞绝壁，一石柱擎天，黎明从薄雾晨曦中走来，虹在脚下，放眼望去，云山雾海在眼前潮起潮落，塔云山的上空神鸟高飞，仙气氤氲。在拥有唐汉宫阙的三秦大地上，这真乃神仙之地，多美的一幅远离尘嚣的仙境画卷啊！还有什么红尘得失，亲情挂念不可以放弃呢？
成明达来到佛前说：“我虽半道出家，我愿再此做主持道士，谨守清规，虔诚神仙”。
成明达亲自耕地，上山打柴，烧纸砖石，整修庙宇，塔云山的香火才得以维持。
半世从未染红尘，自是蓬莱第一人。
成明达有幸寻得塔云山，塔云山有幸接纳了成明达。

青铜关与塔云山近在咫尺，青铜关人晏安澜凭借自己才学，从这荒山僻壤走到了京城，主持全国盐政，在位期间，打击奸商，清正廉明，颇受人民爱戴。他看不惯晚清的腐败，在那污浊的环境中，他正直无私，刚直不阿，容不得半点玷污。苦啊！清朝已无力回天，世人皆浊我独清又能怎么样呢？这位山之子，回到家乡，住在塔云山，虔诚的认成明达为义父，屈膝交谈，一起听松赏月，只有他懂得成明达的心。
晏安澜说：“只有在这里我呼吸到的空气才是新鲜的”。
一个是出家人，一个是进入仕途，他们的心是一样的。
晏安澜积极争取资金，修建仙馆，题写对联，塔云山得以闻名西北诸省。
晏安澜是幸福的，在这里，他觅得知音，寻得心灵的皈依。

游塔云山，你会被这奇妙的景色所迷恋，不要说你看够了山，到了这里你定会惊奇。
朝阳升起，穿过山上迷雾，祥光斜照，金鼎之上，璀璨夺目。脚下的山，层层叠叠，像皱起的万层波纹，薄霭轻雾在山峰中低横，如缠着纱巾的少女，羞涩，妩媚，极具朦胧美。
县政府对塔云山景区进行了开发，修通了公路，使这个与世隔绝的世外桃源，能够展现在世人面前。
寻梦大秦岭，问道塔云山。
游人是幸福的，欣赏着清新秀丽的自然美景，感受古仁人之心，在塔云山中倾听日暮的钟声，在漫漫的古道上享受幸福。
