在当前警力，财力紧紧的情况下，应该加大防范电信诈骗宣传力度，防范于未然，加大举报诈骗号码力度，让诈骗电话号码无处藏身，让电信诈骗淹没在人民的汪洋大海之中。

很好解决的事，凡电信诈骗的犯罪分子在证据确凿的前提下抓到就枪毙，此类案发率立刻几何数暴跌。
