对于近视眼的治疗，最常用的也是最普遍的方法就是佩戴框架眼镜，这种佩戴框架眼镜的方式治疗近视对眼睛基本没有什么影响，而且费用相对较低，接受程度也相对较高，但是其有一个缺点就是运动时非常不方便，尤其是对于一些活泼好动的青少年儿童来说，佩戴框架眼镜着实是非常不方便的。
除了佩戴眼镜的方式之外，也可以通过手术的方式来进行治疗，手术治疗近视是一劳永逸的治疗近视的方法，手术要求一般年龄在十八周岁以上就可以进行，一般近视矫正的手术包括准分子激光术和人工晶体移植术，准分子激光手术，按照不同的近视度数对于角膜进行准确的切削，创伤小恢复快，是广大近视患者首选的方法，主要适用于一千度近视以下，再来就是人工晶体手术，主要针对高度或者超高度近视。
一般近视治疗主要是通过三种方法：第一，佩戴框架眼镜，这是目前最传统、最经典矫正近视的方法。第二，佩戴角膜接触镜，也就是所说的隐形眼镜。它能够减少框架眼镜所致的像放大的问题。第三，进行近视手术。一般包括角膜手术、眼内手术，还有巩膜手术。临床上最常见的就是角膜激光治疗近视。目前能够治好近视的只有进行手术这一种方法。
出现近视如果度数不是很高，一般可以戴眼镜治疗，如果度数比较高，可以选择激光手术治疗，平时注意使用眼部习惯，不要过度疲劳，吃一些富含维生素A的食物。一旦出现及时及时到医院进行查看度数，然后根据检查的结果进行配镜或者手术治疗。
