严新-------------在这里就似听非听的进行模仿训练，请大家似想非想的想象大脑前额天眼部位，大脑前额二个眉毛的中点叫天目穴里边气功叫天眼，天眼部位。有人又叫玄关，玄窍，足窍等等当然玄关，玄窍，足窍还有很多别的含义。请大家用大脑前额部位，用大脑前额里边天眼那个部位想，或看。请大家闭上眼睛用大脑前额里边，二个眉毛连线中点里边天眼部位，一边想一边看，这叫观想。 　　似想非想的想，似看非看的看，想象性的，塑造性的，感应性的，感知性的，体会性的，检验性的，印证性的观想，大脑前额，两个眉毛连线中间里边，好象真有一只眼睛竖着在，并且逐渐睁开了。观想具备以上的含义，就似想非想的想，似看非看的看，想象性的，塑造性的，感知性的，体会性的，觉察性的，验证性的，体会性的这么一个意思，综合含义性的一种意思叫观想，也就是不只是去想还要你去用心去体会去塑造，塑造自己大脑前额里边， 　　有一只竖着的眼睛逐渐睁开了，所谓天眼逐渐睁开了。然后再用天眼观想头脑正中百会穴，自己头顶正中有个穴位叫百会穴逐渐张开了，与天空相接，下与地心相应，上与天空相接下与地心相应，想象，感知，体会，塑造，就是观想了。观想头顶正中百会穴，现在是晚上有月亮般的光球不断从头顶正中百会穴进入体内，到了肚脐里面，与地心相照应，照耀身体内外，照耀着地心和五脏六腑。白天如果白天练功。就想象观想有太阳般的光球进入头顶正中到了肚脐里边，下与地心相照应。要塑造这个意思，所讲的内容要你塑造出内在的感觉状态来。 　　练一段时间再加内容，请你再进一步观想自己天眼逐渐逐渐的将进入体内的晚上的月亮光球，白天的阳光光球，现在晚上就想月亮光球不断由天眼向下照射，照射到鼻尖，到双手掌心，再回到再折射到肚脐里边，并围绕肚脐在旋转。 　　有心脏病变，有精神系统病变，精神病变的人士。请你想象，观想你的天眼，大脑前额天眼里边不断有红色，紫色的月光光球，白天就想阳光，有光球红色，紫色的光球，不断由天眼照射，照射到鼻尖到掌心到肚脐里边，围绕肚脐旋转。 　　有胃肠等消化系统疾病的人士。请你观想天眼里边有金黄色的光线，照射到鼻尖到掌心到肚脐，围绕肚脐旋转。 　　有肺，气管等呼吸系统功能失调，有呼吸系统疾病的人士。请你用天眼观想，天眼里边有银白色的光线，照射出来到鼻尖，到掌心，到肚脐里边并围绕肚脐旋转。 　　请有肝胆病疾病的人士，有肝胆方面疾病的人士。请你观想天眼里边有绿色，蓝色，青色的光线照射出来到鼻尖到掌心到肚脐里边围绕肚脐旋转。 　　有肾脏，泌尿系统，生殖系统，妇科，腰部，前列腺等病变的人士。请你想还要精神病变的人士，以及记忆性差，希望提高智商的人士，请你观想天眼里边有黑而发亮的光线照射出来到鼻尖，到掌心，到肚脐里面并围绕肚脐在旋转。 　　由多种疑难重症绝症，如象截瘫，偏瘫，这一些中风外伤导致的截瘫，偏瘫或者癌症其他肿瘤，聋哑，失眠，风湿关节炎，内风湿关节炎等慢性，以及疑难性杂症，重症，绝症。就请你观想大脑前额里边的天眼里边，有赤，橙，黄，绿，青，蓝，紫，黑，白九种颜色的光线，由天眼照射到鼻尖到掌心再到肚脐，并围绕肚脐旋转，训练一段时间以后，然后再增加内容。 　　再认真观想你儿童时代的形象，请男同志观想自己七岁，女同志观想自己六岁时候的样子，请用想象，追忆，回忆，塑造，感知，感应，体会，检验，体察等方法，把自己现在的形象，想象成六七岁的儿童形象，面带儿童般的微笑，有点这个意思以后，再请你观想自己儿童的心理状态。请大家想象性的，回忆性的，追述性的，体会性的，塑造性的，感知性的，体察性的，检验性的来创造自己现在的儿童心态。 　　把自己现在或将来练功的心态创造成一种儿童般的心态，要象儿童那样单纯，幼稚，善良，光明，好奇，充满朝气，充满兴趣，充满了整个无穷的生命力，用这种方法来代替以前的心态，冲掉以前的心态，改变平常的心态，改变病态，纠正疾病，纠正事情。尽量的把自己的心态，塑造成儿童心态。始终保持童心，童行的观想意思。 　　然后，再增加内容，请大家进一步的在前面的内容保留训练的基础上，深长细均的全身呼吸，想象、观想、塑造、感应、感知、全身皮肤毛孔都在帮助呼吸；请大家在深呼吸中，观想全身皮肤毛孔张开了，并且要体会，体会尤为重要，请大家观想在深呼吸中，皮肤毛孔，全身皮肤毛孔逐渐逐渐张开了。要自己去创造，去塑造，去体会，去感知，去会意，并且观想全身体表有多种颜色、多种光线、多种声音、多种气味、多种形态、形状的物体、物质、能量、信息、进入体内，通过血液、淋巴、骨髓到了小腹里边。 　　当你呼气的时候，请你观想没有疾病的情况下，皮肤毛孔关闭了，如果你有疾病，在呼气中观想全身皮肤毛孔正在排除灰暗的，雾状的，烟雾状的病气，重点由双脚趾头排除。呼气完毕，无论有病没病，都要停闭呼吸短暂时间。有病的同志在闭息中，观想皮肤毛孔也关闭了。停闭呼吸就是不呼吸，时间越长越好。停闭呼吸到一定时候再进行下一次的吸气，再观想皮肤毛孔张开了，体表有很多颜色、很多光线、很多声音、气味、多种形态形状的物质、物体、能量、信息、又进入体内了到了小腹里边，在呼气中，没有疾病就观想皮肤毛孔关闭，有病皮肤毛孔依然开放（而排除病气）排除病气呼吸完毕，皮肤毛孔有病的同志关闭，整个无论有病没病呼气中，皮肤毛孔都是关闭的，呼气以后在呼气完毕在没有疾病有病都是关闭的，呼气以后要停闭呼吸一定时间再进行下一次的深吸气，反复这样采用全身呼吸方法，意念呼吸方法，意念观想呼吸方法呼吸，停闭呼吸方法呼吸。这里介绍了三种呼吸方法，联合配合的呼吸方法呼吸，调整呼吸。 　　数你自己年龄大小加上儿童岁数的总数呼吸次数一遍到多遍，作为一次练功的时间界限，也就是男同志加七岁，女同志加六岁总数的呼吸次数，一呼一吸算两次，这是开功的步骤。以上调形，调心，调息作为开功的具体功法步骤。但始终要注意前面提示的，保持良好的心态，以德为本保持良好的大的愿望来进行训练，训练时间长短，就数你自己年龄加上男同志七，女同志六岁的总数呼吸次数一遍以上，这个地方人多，年龄不等，时间关系也不等大家这个时间。 　　下面训练第一步，在这个基础上请你再加内容观想，在想象性的，塑造性的，感应感知性的观想，小腹里面有一团红光，训练一段时间以后，有点这个意思以后，再想象有团火光，小腹里面有火光火光，有火光就观想感知有温度，要想象，感知、塑造创造小腹里边有温、热、烫、烧的感觉。 　　练一段时间，热的很利害以后，再想象火上有水，有水观想以后，就想象红光，火光透过水，水温也不停的加强，逐渐想象小腹里边由凉润又变温热，滚烫，甚至有声音出现，想象水好象逐渐被烧开，有水蒸汽形成，火光、红光透过水与水蒸气想象好象形成一朵正在随着呼吸随着皮肤毛孔开放，关闭，而同时开放和关闭收缩的一朵鲜艳的五光十色的，浮在小腹观想中的意念中的水的上面在。就观想小腹里面有一团红光，一团红光，火上有水，水上有一朵正在开放和收缩的五光十色的莲花，荷花。主要是要观想在深吸气中，皮肤毛孔开放，有前面开功所说的多种颜色，光线，声音，气味，多种形态的物体，物质，能量，信息，进入体内到了正在开放的意念中的小腹荷花里边。 　　在深呼气中，观想用天眼观想，小腹意念中的荷花关闭了，将进入荷花里面的东西保留在荷花里边，然后同时观想在呼气中，没有疾病，皮肤毛孔关闭，有疾病，皮肤毛孔放开而排除病气，呼吸完毕，有病的同志关闭皮肤毛孔，同时停闭呼吸短暂时间，没有疾病也要停闭呼吸短暂时间，然后再进行下一次的深吸气和深呼气，闭息等反复训练，训练时间的长短界限是，数自己年龄加上儿童岁数的总数的呼吸次数一遍到多遍，这是第一部功法的训练内容，同样是时间关系和大家人数多，年龄不等就不等。 　　下面训练第二步提示第二步，在第一步的基础上再增加观想的内容，在请大家用天眼观想，自己小腹意念中的荷花的光线不断加强，把五脏六腑，尤其是心脏逐渐照着明显了，凝神贯注用天眼观想自己的心脏在舒张在收缩，主要是在深吸气中，观想皮肤毛孔张开了体表有多种颜色，光线，声音，气味，多种形态的物体，物质，能量，信息进入体内，到了正在开放的小腹的意会中的小腹荷花里边，而心脏在收缩。在深呼气中，观想心脏舒张，而小腹意念中的荷花在收缩，关闭了将东西保留荷花里边，而皮肤毛孔，（在）没有疾病也关闭了，有疾病想象他开放而排除病气。呼气完毕，再停闭呼吸，再停闭呼吸中有疾病的同志想象皮肤毛孔关闭，没有疾病的同志本身是关闭的，都要停闭呼吸一定时间，再进行下一次的深吸气，深呼气闭息等配合训练，反复进行数自己年龄加上儿童岁数总数的呼吸次数一遍到多遍，作为这一部功法练功的时间，界限。
