管理问题 ，师父带徒弟用什么管理模式和激励方法能让师父愿意带，徒弟愿意学？ 如何制定师傅带徒弟的激励政策

师傅带徒弟虽然是种古老传统的传道受业方法，但由于其具有直观性、主动性、形象性和实用性的特点，依旧在一些行业及特殊技能的职业中得以保留。有着当下现代职业教育体系不可替代的作用。运用这种管理模式，最简单的方式就是签订师徒合同，制定学成目标，双面考核，双向激励，使其取得事半功倍的效果。1、分解步骤，一个徒弟学一步，然后轮岗，让师傅放松戒备。
2、徒弟按掌握技能的熟练程度和程度合格程度给奖金，师傅按徒弟成绩给奖金。
3、也可以让师傅当生产干部，徒弟当普工。这样名义上就是让领导教普工，普工轮岗后就慢慢成为了小领导（熟练工），成为了小领导，稳定性会好一点。
