这是发音浊化的问题。日本人平时说话时多少带有这样的习惯，有时是图发音悦耳，按理来说应读ta，不过读da也无伤大雅。我个人认为的话，正式场合还是该读清音的还是读清音的好。但如果不是学日语的朋友的话，就不用在意这些问题了。
类似的是【还有那个 tto 怎么念 do ？？？ 晕】，to转发音为do也是清音浊化，但是tto是什么呢？这是日本语中的促音。比如日语中的ちっと写作罗马音就是titto，看到那个小っ了吗？事实上它并不发音，也就是说这个单词只有第一个ti和第三个to这两个音节发音，中间停了一个音节，发完ti音后,憋住呼吸,然后迅速做好to的发音准备,停顿一拍后气流爆破而出。

至于hu和fu的问题，很简单，hu是东京音，也就是我们所说的日本的“普通话”，而fu呢，是大阪那边的发音。这两种发音都能用，只是哪个比较正式的问题。现在fu音也渐渐被广泛地接受了。

日语假名里面有汉字的问题。日语的起源本就和汉语有密切联系，除了假名来自中国古代的楷书和草书以外，有很多中国的汉字、词汇都被日本借用了过去。但是随着中国文化发展，许多词汇的意义发生了变化，日本语中的汉字词语可能采用的是古汉语的语义。另外，日本中还有日本人自己发明的汉字词，基本与中国造字规律一致。

剩下的就是送气音和不送气音的区别了 该怎么说呢 很多人会说这里有变音什么的 其实没有的 日本人的语速很快 不可能一个音一个音的发得清清楚楚 语速一快就带过去了 所以听起来to do不分 你只要坚信这两个是不一样的 然后看动画片之类的 认真听听 会发现区别的 另外不建议听教学磁带的（个人建议 嗯...当培养听力好了）tto是促音っと中间小的っ表示一个停顿 后面同上 to和do发音的混淆

学日语和学其他语言一样，不必过于追究发音的准确，遇到有几个可供选择的音时，选其一先用着，用久了，若屡次发现不太正确就再改正。因为过于讲究发音的最后还是发不出正确的音来，就连自己的国语，你若认真考察各个人的发音，也是五花八门，像沿海一带的有些音，如“吃饭”的“吃”，“干啥”的“啥”，普通话是勾着舌头说，沿海地方话就是平展着舌头说。
你只要多听，多练，就会顺应“字调”说下去，即便“字音”有些不太准也能交流了。
你提的fu还是hu的音，在假名“哈黑乎亥郝”里，我听到读hu音、fu音、pu音的都有。念hu的多，我认为都不要咬得太死，模凌两可，模凌三可都行。
日语本来就是由假名、汉字、英文和罗马字组成，但都要读成日语。有的相近，例如“renmin人民”，日语就读成“jinmin”,“tushuguan图书馆”，日语读成“taoxiaoken”等，相差不大。但有的就相距甚远。
不少人看到日语里有很多汉字，觉得学日语比学德语、法语、俄语省力。实际上，开始的时候似乎有些方便，但随着课程的加深会觉得越来越难。例如一个先生的“生”字，就有30多个发音，因为中国汉语还在脑子里占有牢固的地位，掌握日语中汉字的发音就显得更难。
