2、用it is/was 开头的句子，如果宾语带一个that引导的定语从句，的确与强调句形态相同，存在歧义，容易混淆。
但是实际使用中大都是可以区分的，如：It is the dog that barked crazily this morning. 虽然既可以表达“它是今天早晨疯叫的那条狗”，也可以表达“今天早晨疯叫的是那条狗”，但是实际生活中，用it指代任何事物，都是有语境要求的，要么是上文刚说到，要么是说话者通过手势、眼神等提示使得听话者能够确定所指的是什么，不会凭空用it做指示代词，所以在没有这些信号的情况下，应该首选 it 做形式主语的理解，即强调句，而当上下文语境提示 it 明确指代某个事物的时候，应该把它理解为指示代词。
歧义是大多数语言里都避免不了的现象，语法上无法区分的时候要靠语用因素（语境）来区分。仅供参考。
最关键的区别是 定从中的that 做句子成分，做主语；而 强调句中 it is。。。that。。中，that不做句子成分，必须和it is +强调本分+ that构成一个整体，除掉it is，和that之后，还可以组成一个句子。如： the bike that was repaired belonged to me. 定从，that指代the bike
it is the bike that belonged to me. 强调句，除去it is， that 之后，the bike belonged to me.还是一个完整句子。

从句修饰、限制先行词的是定语从句，从句补充说明主句的是强调句。你可以记一些强调句型。如It be +强调部分+that +从句

强调句型的构成是：It is (was) + 被强调部分+ that (who) + 句子的其他成分。It is (was)， that (who) 去掉后，句子继续完整。
在复合句中，修饰某一名词或代词的从句叫做定语从句。定语从句的构成三要点：
