4、掌握六个技巧。
1.语言方面主要是演讲和谈话，如班会发言、谈心交流、等，要擅于即兴发挥，体现辅导员的基本素质要求。
2.写作方面主要是应用文的写作，如工作计划、总结、报告、请示、教育随笔（可随时在博客上更新，做到与时俱进）、辅导员日志书写等。
3.生活指导方面主要包括日常生活事物的指导与处理（如消费选择、寝室安全、假期社会实践、交通安全防范、突发事件的应对等）。
4.礼仪社交方面主要包括人际交往礼仪、公众礼仪、赛场礼仪等，随时言传身教给学生。
5.体育游戏方面主要包括各种体育活动的组织、指导与裁判；集体游戏的编创与组织；掌握活动的规则（如足篮排球比赛等），能促进与学生深层次交流。
6.活动运筹方面主要包括活动的整体策划、主题设计等，活动方案实施完成后要注意反馈，总结经验。
5、加强师生间沟通
除此之外，要重视两类特殊群体学生的沟通。一是贫困生，二是心理有问题的学生。要在思想上帮助他们摆脱自卑心理，培养自信。对于心理存在一定问题的学生，要让心理健康指导老师对其进行必要的心理咨询和辅导，同时与家长及时联系，全面了解学生情况。
01 树立权威
班主任要管理好班级，必须树立威信。俗话说“德能够服众，威能够慑顽”有崇高品德的人本身就有令人服气的品格魅力。因此，班主任必须具备崇高的品德和特有的人格魅力，才能让学生信服。
奖罚分明
有句话说的好：“没有规矩不成方圆”。不管是在学校还是在其他工作岗位，都应该做到奖罚分明。有的老师会因为特别喜欢某个学生，就特殊对待。这其实是不正确的，不利于制度的严格执行，同时也会给学生留下不好的影响。

培养优秀的班干部
优秀的班干部，可以说是班主任的左膀右臂。一方面既有利于锻炼学生管理的能力；另一方面，也能减轻班主任的工作压力。所以，班主任应当有培养优秀班干部的能力，让班干部成为班级的好榜样。
民主管理
班级管理方式有专制型、放任型和民主型。班主任应当选择民主管理的方式来管理班级。如推选优秀班干部时可以民主选举，考虑学生的选择，最后再决策。或者在平时教学中可以多站在学生的角度思考问题。

尊重每一个学生
每个学生都有自己的尊严，是任何人都不能肆意践踏的。然而，在教学中确实存在着个别教师辱骂学生的现象，这都是违背了师德的行为。作为班主任，不能够在学生面前摆架子，一副高高在是上的样子是非常不利于与学生沟通的，应到尊重每一个学生。

用欣赏的眼光看待学生
相信每一个学生都有自己独特的一面。教师不能紧盯着学生的缺点不放，只知道批评指责。应当用欣赏的眼光来看待学生。如有的学生成绩不好，但是很有爱心，就应当受到教师的表扬。或者有的学生写字不好，到时干活勤快等都是不能被教师忽略的。

发挥家校合力
教育学生是一个漫长的过程。如果光靠老师，显然是不够的，还应当发挥好家长教育的作用。我相信每个家长都会关注孩子在校的表现情况，但有时因工作原因，无法亲自陪伴孩子学习。这时班主任就应主动联系家长，及时反映孩 的表现情况，共同发挥好家校合力。
