的确，近视也有真假之分。一般来讲，只要眼睛在看5m以远时,外来的平行光线在视网膜前聚焦,在视网膜上则为焦点后的模糊影像,都会出现远视力下降,近视力正常的现象，我们称之为近视状态，但这种近视状态并不都是真正的近视眼。所谓近视眼也叫短视眼,中医称为能近怯远,是指由于先天或后天的因素,造成眼球前后径过度发展、角膜和晶体表面曲度过强、屈光间质屈率过高,这种近视现象即使用散瞳药松弛调节后远视力也不会增加，近视度数也不减少，所以临床上有时也称其为真性近视。由于长时间近距离用眼，睫状肌持续收缩,形成调节痉挛,也会使5m外的平行光线在视网膜前聚焦,眼球处于“近视”状态,
这种“近视”一般发病时间较短，用散瞳药松弛眼的睫状肌使调节痉挛解除后，远视力会有明显的提高，此时如用检影法验光，近视度数可消失，这种现象不是真正意义上的近视,故称为假性近视。如果在真性近视的基础上又有睫状肌痉挛,则会形成中间性近视，也称为半真半假性近视，这种近视如不用散瞳剂解除调节痉挛，验光度数会超过实际近视度数，在临床用散瞳剂松弛调节后，近视度数比不用调节松弛药前明显减少，即可说明有一部分为假性近视。假性近视是可以用药物及很多方法治愈的，目前社会上有些人有意混淆两者的区别，以便推销对真性近视并无疗效的药物或器械，故有的学者提出对近视、近视现象、近视眼、假性近视等的含意应作出明确规范化的规定，对治疗“近视”的药物及器具的功效也应科学、客观地标注。
弱视和近视的关系是怎样的，那么弱视指的是眼部没有器质性的疾病，那么矫正视力低于同龄组，或者是两眼的视力差别大于两行以上，那么把这种情况叫做弱视，这里头的关键点一定是要经过屈光矫正，他的矫正视力达不到正常，那么近视指的是什么呢，大多数的近视，他的矫正视力是正常的，也就是说他裸眼视力，可能是0.3、0.4，但是戴上眼镜，那么它就成了1.0了，而且是有明显的近视度数，你比如说像100度、200度，那几百度，但是弱视是什么概念呢，那么我就是给你屈光矫正了，也就我们通常所说的戴上眼镜了，那么你的视力仍然达不到正常，我们把这种情况叫做弱视.
那么但是弱视戴上眼镜一段时间，经过一段时间的治疗，他最终也能达到正常，那么那些戴上眼镜，一直达不到正常的，那一类也不叫弱视，或者说有其他的原因，引起来的视力的低下，那不能叫弱视，也就是说弱视是经过屈光矫正，视力暂时达不到正常，但是经过系列的治疗，最终能够治愈的，我们把这类的疾病叫做弱视，那么它和近视，就是戴上眼镜即刻就可以矫正到正常的，这类疾病是不同的。
近视分为真性近视和假性近视。
真性近视指使用睫状肌麻痹剂散瞳后检查仍存在的近视，与假性近视有本质的区别。假性近视一般是由于长时间近距离工作，用眼姿势不良;伏在桌上、躺在床上或晃动不稳的车厢里看书;光线过强过弱等，使眼睛睫状肌常处于紧张、疲劳状态，造成视力减退。如经适当休息使麻痹痉挛的睫状肌放松，视力就可恢复。
但是真性近视是不可逆的，一旦发生，就不能完全的恢复正常视力了，最多就只通过治疗，控制或者改善一些近视的度数，但是多少都是会保留度数的。
而弱视，则是视神经发育迟缓导致的，一般矫正后的视力不能达到0.8以上。
感觉自己视力模糊了，最好是先到医院检查，因为并非所有的视力模糊都是近视，只有通过正规检查确诊，再有的放矢的治疗才是真正对自己的眼睛负责。
但是无论是近视还是弱视，都要及时发现及时治疗。研究表明，发现越早，治疗越早，恢复的可能性是越大的。及时纠正不好的用眼习惯，并且配合口服乐睛视力营养素，能从不根本上控制或者改善眼睛的视力，年龄越小越适用。
